We've recognized so much growth/development in a short time period. The facilities are state of the art. I love that they have a retina scanner, temperature monitors and the Zono Sanitizing Cabinet which uses ultraviolet light (not heat) to clean, so it's ideal for things like crayons, books, soft toys, backpacks, etc. Additionally, the classrooms and outdoor space is brand new and impressive. There's constant supervision of the children and their educators teach a curriculum that focuses on developing STEAM subjects (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics). The educators send pictures throughout the day of my daughter enjoying the activates. Additionally, the educators send a daily report at the end of each school day. The daily report provides insight into Nap Schedule, Meals (what she ate), Bathroom (schedule/ diaper changes) and Activities with which STEAM area was the focus of the activity. Lastly, Kristen (owner) and Nadia (director) are so personable and accommodating to our changing needs. Our daughter loves Kristen and Nadia and we're so thankful for them both.

Everyday they have a wealth of activities spanning from STEM to understanding emotions, which were great for overall development. The teachers are very kind and thoughtful and all the staff know everyone by name. Most importantly, they have amazing cleanliness protocols. I think their diaper change process has 18 steps?!! Our daughter was getting back to back ear infections (this was prior to covid) and she was completely free of colds once we moved her here!

She pointed out what I needed help with and changed the trajectory of my life. She was very kind, sweet, funny, caring, helpful and extremely patient. I went from struggling to balancing and passing my college classes, battling with mental health challenges to graduating cum laude and getting leadership awards for student clubs. Thank you so much Andrea and Family and Children's Agency !!!!

It wasn't that the receptionist said no it was the way she said no and hung up on me like I was bothering her or somehow offended her, I don't know what I did to deserve that type of treatment. I was simply asking about whether or not they offered that service because clearly on their webpage it says they offer that service so would I think whoever is answering their phones needs to be retrained clearly not a people person and should not be answering the phone representing person to person I believe this organization could do better.

They have some special activities as well on certain days at certain times that are educational and fun, we got to participate in a science demonstration about sound waves and that was cool. They also have a planetarium, it's small but the kids love it. I also really enjoy the fact that there's a place for the adults to sit, sometimes I end up with the kids backpacks and such that a nice bench is so helpful. The whole place was nice and clean and organized, which I was also surprised since kids tend to make a mess. The ticket for adult is - $18 And kids are - $15 They can spend as much time as they want in each section, it's deff worth every penny, so if you have any little ones, I highly recommend checking this place out.

I removed a star for the very tiny shower area, lack of and inadequate machines and the lack of a sauna. And another star as they could work to keep the facilities a lot cleaner.
