Updated review since it's been 2 years... This consignment shop is the best we've found. That says a lot since we are from Los Angeles and Orange County, California, where style is 'queen'! The owner is lovely - she always chats with us and helps me decide what looks good. The items in this darling shop (think shop around the corner from the movie You've Got Mail) are always in near-new condition and the price point is a great value. This is one of the nicer ladies that runs this store. There are many high-quality items, and the prices are very fair. I enjoy, just talking to the lady who owns the store is always very gracious, generous and just happy to be there. She doesn't need to work, but she just likes people and enjoys the people who come in. We come twice a year when we visit my daughter from California. We always find something nice. read more

Taking off a star because the lady always reminds you that there are bigger sizes in the back and that the sizes that go up to 10, are teeny tiny. Like thanks...but ten is not tiny. So what are you saying? But I have to say I have found some cute things here. Very cute shop, I always forget to check the front though. Very reasonably priced. I've gotten a few great things there. The prices in the front are especially good, like on jewelry, accessories. I have learned not to expect a friendly person when I shop there - Not everyone has the personality for sales. But she isn't rude and she has some nice things at good prices. Have consigned here sporadically over the years. I've never been given a receipt for what I consigned & never a breakdown of what things sold for which I always found questionable. Dropped off some items in the spring including a piece of furniture which was on the porch display. It was gone within weeks. Also some silver plated items & tchotchkes. The owner now denies that I have any money owed to me. Says I have nothing on my account. Of course I have no proof since she never gives any receipt & therefore no recourse. Not right & not nice. I will now on just donate all items to worthy charities. Never again will I go to twice is NICE! read more

I don't even know if I can get this place one star I did buy some radio Flyer wagons that were fine and fairly priced. Do not consign here this woman is dishonest. Or be sure to take photographs of what you give her. Five years worth of beautiful girls clothing which she claimed were "worn items that didn't sell" 3 1/2 months later and that she donated I am still waiting for a receipt. So sad and mad I just have to hope the Karma will get her. (Included were LL Bean rainboots that would always sell.. isn't a case of two different interpretations). Drive by read more
