Trash pick up is trash pick up. This company gouges it's customers. Every time there is anything…read moregoing on it uses it to dramatically increase the prices. We go back to when it was as little as $36 a quarter. This was less than 10 years ago. They jumped the price understandably because gas went up to almost $5 a gallon. Now it's back down and been there for years. Price never went down. Now COVID happened and the price is now $114 a quarter. Sorry but they might get more garbage because of covid but we pay to fill the barrel they provide so therefore our price should not jump $20 a quarter. There is no excuse. They are not doing any additional cleaning because of COVID. They again look for an excuse to gouge their customers. Trash pick up is trash pickup. They don't do anything extra. They also charge a ton for bulk pick up. Skip this company. We are switching. $78 a quarter or $312 a year the price increased in less than a decade.. think about that

Here's a list of what you get at Liberty that you don't get at their closest competitor. -The entire facility is on concrete, as opposed to mud with metal shards sticking out of it. Easier to navigate, safer for both you AND your truck, and you won't leave looking like you just ran a dirt track race. -The people are helpful, and understand if you're a bit of a newbie. The scale man kindly explained that all of my types of metal will be exchanged for tickets, which you then take to the office to receive payment. The people in the office were nice too, and answered my questions. -FAIR PRICING. I had a little bit of regular ferrous scrap, plus some copper. Walked away with $40, which was quite a bit more than I expected. Feigenbaum would have paid me less than half of that, I assure you. I'm not about to start a scrapping business, but when I come across large amounts of metal, it's going here from now on.
