Throughout the process, Ed maintained excellent communication. He kept us informed and allowed us to make decisions about the placement of hardware that best suited our needs. The Google Nest cameras, smoke detectors, touch screen keypads, and mobile app are the most advanced system that met all our requirements. The saleman was a perfect southern gentleman, and we trusted what he said instead of really reading and understanding the contract. It's the job of a salesman to highlight the good and not the bad. In the end, we canceled the contract the same day of install. It was a bad start to what would've been a 3+ year business relationship. I can't speak to the quality of service after install, but be sure to double check whatever they tell you. If it's not in writing, it doesn't exist.
