On our wedding day, I didn't have many opportunities to interact with the bartenders (Jennifer and Austin) but they got rave reviews from our guests who said they were so nice and on top of everything. I did, however, drink their margaritas all night and they were delicious and refreshing for a hot summer wedding! The marg was my specialty drink of choice and my husband chose the Texas old fashioned which was also pretty solid. Our wedding was an informal garden party theme but despite being informal, we wanted to provide high-quality food and drink to our guests. Our wedding venue had a required Bar & Bev vendor, which switched to Peak Beverage at some point between us booking our venue and a month before our wedding. Neither the venue nor Peak reached out to us to let us know. A month before our wedding, we found out that Peak was the new required vendor, so we started working with them. The signature cocktail we had selected from the previous vendor was not on Peak's list, but they worked with us to provide that cocktail as a custom request. We had already put down a deposit with the previous vendor. The deposit was transferred to Peak, but minus around $400. It took a lot of communication back and forth to get Peak to provide an invoice with the correct amount we had agreed upon. This back and forth was very frustrating. Even up to the wedding date itself, the issue was still not resolved, and a week after the wedding, we were still in the process of working with them to make sure we were correctly charged. The service that Peak Beverage provided for the rest of the event was very smooth. The signature cocktail was delicious, and our guests loved it. They had a good selection of beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options as well.

I asked to cancel With a 10% restocking fee. I'll give them their 10% pound of flesh, but they'll never get my business again. And in all honesty, I didn't even notice they were being a reference to a delivery fee when I made the order. Would've thought for something so large it would've been impossible to miss, even if you're sick as a dog.
