This place was decent back in early 2024. The staff used to be careful with your veins, even if the…read morewait times were horrendous. However, the quality of care has plummeted. The staff has become increasingly incompetent, with inexperienced technicians who jab your arm blindly. When they fail to get a proper flow, they simply blame it on the donor having 'bad veins.' I returned today after recovering from the flu, only to have two inexperienced techs repeatedly probe my vein. Even when the machine alerted them of a poor flow, their only solution was to jab me further. I eventually had to refuse when they tried to move to my left arm. To make matters worse, they seem to have changed their pay structure. Compensation used to be for your time, but now it seems to be based solely on the volume collected. Last year, a technician blew my vein and caused a severe hematoma (see attached pictures). You're better off doing DoorDash than letting these 'pretend' technicians play with your health.

There's a nice seating area, large restroom areas, a drink machine, and snack machine which are really nice. If you have deep veins and wanna get sticked right, there's a lady named nicknamed Red who knows how to do it without hurting you. I've never had an issue with this place and I prefer it over CSL plasma. It's important to have seating areas because some of us have health issues or just wanna sit because it's comfortable or we're tired or sore from walking.
