Great caring staff created a great atmosphere and made the test easy/comfortable. I highly recommend this place for an MRI.

Staff- excellent. Location - beautiful. Initial process - painless. But once I walked out, the frustration began. No results given (I'm self paid)...had to call twice, email twice. Once received results, couldn't see them. Had to email and call again. Was told $300 over the phone, charged $450 when I got there. I paid it, and they said no more would be needed after that. Today, received a bill for $150 more! I now have a case number and wait to see what happens. It feels like once I left, the confusion and disregard started. If you are a self-pay patient like myself, find a different facility. read more

I had an ultrasound today at the Ft. Jesse Imaging Center. The receptionist, Carly, was very helpful and efficient in getting all required paperwork completed. The waiting area was comfortable and private so one's medical information was not shared with others. The imaging tech - Kristie - was wonderful. She explained what she would be doing, made sure I was as comfortable as possible, and seemed to take extra time and care to make sure I was informed about what exactly she was doing as she performed the ultrasound. She is above and beyond what I would expect from a professional medical tech and her inclusive personality kept me comfortable during the entire procedure. I am very glad I was working with Kristie for the procedure. read more

The manager of this imaging center is a conceited, lazy, horrible woman who blames her own inadequacies on lower employees rather than taking responsibility for her own poor planning and lack of motivation to lift a finger to help when the front desk is busy. I was told that, since I had an MRI done the day before (they had to split the two MRI's my doctor wanted into two days due to the length of time each takes and needing contrast with both) I only needed to show up 5 minutes early, so I did. I actually showed up 7 minutes early and when I got there there was only one person at the check in desk. Unfortunately, she was on the phone with someone who clearly did not know what was going on or what sue needed to do. The phone call was quite long and by the time I got checked in it was over 10 minutes past my appointment time. I asked why there was nobody else up front to help the girl there and she said she didn't know. The day before my MRI was early in the morning and when I came out at around 10 there were 2 people up front help people. My appointment on this day was after 10, but there was only one person at the desk. I asked to speak with the manager because I was kind of miffed that they didn't have a second person working so one could take calls and one could check people in. I have been on the side of the receptionist and it is hard when you only have you. The manager should have been out helping people while she was on a call but instead she was hiding back in her office probably doing what they all do: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, except lording over everyone like some kind of Queen bitch. Anyhow, so I spoke with her and explained the length of the call and how they needed to have a second person there to check people in in these cases and how it was her responsibility to help out when things like that occurred. She kept saying she would speak to the receptionist and coach het, as if the receptionist had done something wrong rather than doing her job and repeatedly I said she did nothing wrong. People like this really piss me off. Shoving blame onto the lower employee rather than taking responsibility for her own failure to act & do her job. I will not be going back here for any further imaging needs. I will book my yearly MRI's with another organization. One that plans ahead and one that employs management who are competent and who are not lazy psychopaths who blames others for their mistakes. read more

I had to pay almost 400 dollars out of pocket of what my daughter's insurance did not cover. The ladies at the front desk assured me that the payment would cover the cost of the visit which lasted 5 minutes. Now they are billing even more money. I advise people not to come to this facility. The employees are dishonest. There are hidden costs that they do not disclose. The business needs to be investigated. I wish I had recorded my visit there for proof. Something needs to be done about this place. read more

Where the facility is fantastic. Being able to quickly make an appointment is great. The staff is also teriffic. BUT! Dr. Yousuf read my MRI, of 7-25-18, and completly missed the spinal cord damage at C4-C5 that has caused me sever cronic pain. Not to mention a lack of care because You said that there is no cord damage. So I must be making it up. Right? And when given the chance to ammend his mistake he was to afraid to tell the truth. Even though he , back in 8-20-14, did a MRI reading and said and I quote "Within the cervical cord at the level of C4-C5, to the right of the midline, thee is a punctate 1 to 2 mm focus of T2 hyperintense signal change." And you later recomend "a dedicated contrast-enhanced MRI exanination of the cervical spine". But it must have just vanished, Righy? Sad that you can't be man enough to admit a mistake or recomend a new MRI, this time with good images. The lack of morials is disgusting. So be vary vary carful. read more

Phenomenal staff here at Fort Jesse. They went out if their way to make me and my son feel at ease. When my son had his xray on his arm, they were great with him! Kept him calm and explained every step of the process to take away any fears he had. By far the best place in town for all ages to get imaging done. read more
