Great caring staff created a great atmosphere and made the test easy/comfortable. I highly recommend this place for an MRI.

Our appointment was at 2:00. They asked that we arrive early which we did. After waiting 1/2 hour the receptionist came out and said they were going to do the ultrasound first before the mammogram. I asked her what she was talking about. I was told that there was a self scheduled mammogram which meant that I scheduled it. I did not. The appt was for my 16 granddaughter. Why would I schedule a mammogram for a 16 yo? The receptionist advised that they would call her back at 2:30, which came and went. Finally an hour after we arrived they called her back with no explanation or apology. I am not impressed. read more

My husband wasn't allowed back with our child for the ultrasound for our new baby. When filling out pre registration paperwork it said all children under 18 need to be attended by an adult, not that they weren't allowed in the imagining room. They took a moment and cherished memory away from our growing family. We drove an hour for the appointment so there was no other option for my child at the time. Staff seemed combative and on edge about the policy. Overall, not a positive experience and I would not recommend to others. Let me be very clear, we've been here three times for sonograms in the last 2.5 years. Our first time my family was allowed back and it was a pleasant experience. The second visit my children weren't allowed back with their father until the end where they came in briefly to see the baby. The third visit they weren't allowed at all. The second visit was the worst because the staff was very unfriendly and combative about the change in policy. My tech proceeded not to talk to me for the first 15 minutes of my scan. It was dehumanizing and isolating. I was given no prior notice and again, the preregistration paperwork says children under 18 must be supervised by an adult. Which is fairly misleading as that to me implies they can accompany as long as they are supervised. The only redeeming factor of that visit was the tech did invite them in to see the baby at the very end. It doesn't take away from the stress induced during the sonogram, as my heart was racing from the initial altercation/misunderstanding and silence for most of the visit, but I was glad family did get to briefly share in that moment. This last visit I was a bit more prepared for the policy change, but I'd like to reiterate that the staff is not friendly and on edge about enforcing the policy. They did not allow my family in at the very end this time despite having done prior. As someone who might be having complications with an upcoming pregnancy, it was very jarring and anxiety inducing being separated from my support system. Being pregnant is a vulnerable experience. It's supposed to be filled with joy and shared memories with families as a family is growing. My children are well behaved and should be included in the experience. If they're not, we escort them out of wherever we're at. It's also a fairly inequitable policy. We had to travel over an hour for these visits, so it's not like I can call family and friends to watch my children during the visit as we were already there. My heart goes out to the unknowing working mom who took off but doesn't have a strong support system so she must bring her other children with or whatever unknown situation someone getting radiology work might be experiencing. It's not very understanding to complexities of your patients background. The policy change isn't family oriented or parent minded making this facility a fairly un-"family friendly" place. Ultimately, the inconsistencies and treatment were intolerable. My hope is that this is our last child so we don't ever have to be referred here again. That or we will be specifically requesting to go elsewhere in the future as this facility has negatively impacted my current pregnancy experience to a point where I'd prefer to never return. read more

Terrible service and lack of concern for patient care. Empathy should start at the front desk. My insurance information was verified twice, yet they still entered it incorrectly and sent the preauthorization to the wrong insurance company. Because I needed care soon, I was left in a position where two representatives essentially told me my only options were to either go to the ER or pay $750 out of pocket -- even though the issue was caused by their own error. Staff- excellent. Location - beautiful. Initial process - painless. But once I walked out, the frustration began. No results given (I'm self paid)...had to call twice, email twice. Once received results, couldn't see them. Had to email and call again. Was told $300 over the phone, charged $450 when I got there. I paid it, and they said no more would be needed after that. Today, received a bill for $150 more! I now have a case number and wait to see what happens. It feels like once I left, the confusion and disregard started. If you are a self-pay patient like myself, find a different facility. read more

I had an ultrasound today at the Ft. Jesse Imaging Center. The receptionist, Carly, was very helpful and efficient in getting all required paperwork completed. The waiting area was comfortable and private so one's medical information was not shared with others. The imaging tech - Kristie - was wonderful. She explained what she would be doing, made sure I was as comfortable as possible, and seemed to take extra time and care to make sure I was informed about what exactly she was doing as she performed the ultrasound. She is above and beyond what I would expect from a professional medical tech and her inclusive personality kept me comfortable during the entire procedure. I am very glad I was working with Kristie for the procedure. read more

The manager of this imaging center is a conceited, lazy, horrible woman who blames her own inadequacies on lower employees rather than taking responsibility for her own poor planning and lack of motivation to lift a finger to help when the front desk is busy. I was told that, since I had an MRI done the day before (they had to split the two MRI's my doctor wanted into two days due to the length of time each takes and needing contrast with both) I only needed to show up 5 minutes early, so I did. I actually showed up 7 minutes early and when I got there there was only one person at the check in desk. Unfortunately, she was on the phone with someone who clearly did not know what was going on or what sue needed to do. The phone call was quite long and by the time I got checked in it was over 10 minutes past my appointment time. I asked why there was nobody else up front to help the girl there and she said she didn't know. The day before my MRI was early in the morning and when I came out at around 10 there were 2 people up front help people. My appointment on this day was after 10, but there was only one person at the desk. I asked to speak with the manager because I was kind of miffed that they didn't have a second person working so one could take calls and one could check people in. I have been on the side of the receptionist and it is hard when you only have you. The manager should have been out helping people while she was on a call but instead she was hiding back in her office probably doing what they all do: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, except lording over everyone like some kind of Queen bitch. Anyhow, so I spoke with her and explained the length of the call and how they needed to have a second person there to check people in in these cases and how it was her responsibility to help out when things like that occurred. She kept saying she would speak to the receptionist and coach het, as if the receptionist had done something wrong rather than doing her job and repeatedly I said she did nothing wrong. People like this really piss me off. Shoving blame onto the lower employee rather than taking responsibility for her own failure to act & do her job. I will not be going back here for any further imaging needs. I will book my yearly MRI's with another organization. One that plans ahead and one that employs management who are competent and who are not lazy psychopaths who blames others for their mistakes. read more

I had to pay almost 400 dollars out of pocket of what my daughter's insurance did not cover. The ladies at the front desk assured me that the payment would cover the cost of the visit which lasted 5 minutes. Now they are billing even more money. I advise people not to come to this facility. The employees are dishonest. There are hidden costs that they do not disclose. The business needs to be investigated. I wish I had recorded my visit there for proof. Something needs to be done about this place. read more

Where the facility is fantastic. Being able to quickly make an appointment is great. The staff is also teriffic. BUT! Dr. Yousuf read my MRI, of 7-25-18, and completly missed the spinal cord damage at C4-C5 that has caused me sever cronic pain. Not to mention a lack of care because You said that there is no cord damage. So I must be making it up. Right? And when given the chance to ammend his mistake he was to afraid to tell the truth. Even though he , back in 8-20-14, did a MRI reading and said and I quote "Within the cervical cord at the level of C4-C5, to the right of the midline, thee is a punctate 1 to 2 mm focus of T2 hyperintense signal change." And you later recomend "a dedicated contrast-enhanced MRI exanination of the cervical spine". But it must have just vanished, Righy? Sad that you can't be man enough to admit a mistake or recomend a new MRI, this time with good images. The lack of morials is disgusting. So be vary vary carful. read more

Phenomenal staff here at Fort Jesse. They went out if their way to make me and my son feel at ease. When my son had his xray on his arm, they were great with him! Kept him calm and explained every step of the process to take away any fears he had. By far the best place in town for all ages to get imaging done. read more
