I was super stressed over having to have a stress test! I still don't have good balance or control…read moreover my left foot since being hit by a truck, so a treadmill was out of the question. I was sort of panicked about a nuclear stress test (I'd never heard of that before). I got to the location early and had to watch the poor young lady receptionist (Tamia) deal with an irate customer screaming at her in Spanish (so I don't know what the problem was) but she handled him so well that what I thought would trigger my anxiety was controlled. My technician (Yas) was so sweet and caring that there was no way to panic. She took her time and explained everything. They made sure I ate my snack and felt well enough to go home before I left. I had a great experience and highly recommend this office.

For previous touch-ups, I had received 10 units. She refused to answer how many units, even after I asked several times. She only told me AFTER injecting that it was 29 units, which I did not agree to. Unfortunately, I feel like my request for a "light touch-up" was ignored. The trust between patient and provider was broken. Angela also insisted on charging me for all units. Be cautious about the positive reviews because the business gives incentives to customers for writing 5-star reviews.

Visited today after seeing a groupon for a Brazilian wax. I will not be back…read more Upon arrival I was greeted and given some consent forms. Everything was good until I made it to the room. The lady that did my Brazilian wax, didn't introduce herself or say much besides asking "is your skin sensitive". You can tell the wax was turned on recently, was veryyyy thick. She seemed in a little hurry- even took out a mini fan for the wax to harden faster. When removing the hard wax, she never applied pressure afterwards. I went in for a Brazilian, which includes the back area and she didn't want to do it! She said the Groupon doesn't include that. Then what is a Brazilian wax? She went outside to "ask" if it can be done and came back and did it "as a one time courtesy". I gave my feedback before I left, and I expressed I was very unhappy and was not going to be coming back. Maybe the business is good for everything else but the Brazilian experience left a sour taste.

Where do I start? This place is amazing. When my infant daughter was first required to have…read morephysical therapy, I was extremely insecure about finding a facility that would thoroughly service her needs. I didn't want mediocrity...I wanted a place that condoned excellence. Needless to say, I hit the mark with ATW. From Day 1, my daughter's therapist, Tatiana, immediately made us feel welcome and meticulously dictated each element of my daughter's care plan. All questions were answered patiently and with an impressive level of clarity. Since then, she has diligently worked with my child and supported her through every cry, every tantrum and every bit of frustration. My daughter's progress has been amazing. I applaud this family-oriented facility for its candor, it's enthusiasm and its standard of excellence when it comes to patient care.
