Do not even consider going here. I waited 3 hours as a new donor just to get denied after passing everything due to me having pots. I brought a cardiologist note clearing me for donation from my md and the nurse has the audacity to deny me after i was cleared by my doctor who has treated me for 2 years. The idiotic nurse said my pots cant be treated it has to be cured. Someone mind telling me how on gods green earth do you cure a chronic illness? Apparently i learned today that a nurse who looked at me for 3 minutes knows more than my cardiologist of over 2 years. read more

It's been two years since I've been back to location and if it wasn't the the inconsited service that kept me away, it will be the comment made by Barbara the medical physician there today that hurt my feelings with a rude comment about my weight, stating that " I didn't have any cushion back there". place is garbage. sat in the chairs for getting processed and someone left their wallet under the chair so I let the lady know. All fine goes to find the person it belonged to so I sit and wait 20 minutes, that's fine. Then came back and gets me checked up everything fine ready for the floor. She said she'll be back one sec. comes back 10 minutes later talking about someone's arm all messed up Bruised up the whole arm from his donation. I said my arm got a little itchy for a day 3 weeks prior last donation nothing there now. Says she gonna make me go back around to the nurse and wait 45 minutes mind you I was cleared And nothing on my arm. Never been more pissed off should have never let her go on her 40 minute break just to come back to fuck me over. -10/10 fuck them!!!!! read more

I've been going here on and off for almost a year and think they do a great job! The staff I've talked to our friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Compared to other centers I've gone to, I noticed when my donations are done, I have to sit and wait for quite a bit longer than the center I used to go to in a different state. I've been going to donate quite frequently so I feel I can give a fair review. I think I have met almost all the staff. They have all treated me with respect, they have all been very kind to me. The place is clean, the machines have all been functioning, the place does get busy at times but they have an app to tell you the best times to come which is super helpful, they allow you to check in on your phone so that will cut your wait time and go straight to the line for testing to make sure you are well enough to donate. They do this for your safety and others, if you get deferred it's for your safety and others. The staff is working incredibly hard, they are working several hours, they deserve your kindness. If you are waiting a long time check the app, call ahead and ask for a suggestion for a good time to come in, check in on your phone, and hydrate and eat healthy to ensure your blood draw moves smoothly. This place has failed me, every single visit. From forcing me to show them my medical records from a diagnostic procedure way before the 4 month period they need to know about, to telling me they lifted a hold, just to put it back on my account (without telling me) and having me come back in for nothing, to locking the doors before close and ignoring me when I knock on the door outside for ten minutes. I have literally cried out of frustration because of them, so so many times. Even when I finally did donate, I asked the phlebotomist to give me a heads up before she poked me. She said she would, and ended up just doing it with no warning anyway. When I was done, a different girl had me hold the cotton ball down on my arm myself, while she took out the needle. I also got no bandaid after they pricked my finger for a sample, which is super unsafe for me, and potentially others. Maybe they were just new, but after today, and after watching them ignore me as I stood outside trying to donate so I could get my mom something nicer for her birthday, knocking the entire time, I will never go back. They denied me and said everything was turned off, despite the fact that I was there before close and they saw and heard me outside knocking the entire time they were turning things off. I've been to two other plasma clinics in Colorado and this one has been my best experience by far. The staff is very friendly, it's clean and most of the phlebotomists are skilled. I had my first bad stick on my birthday and they switched to my other arm, which doesn't flow very well. The manager, Eddie was kind enough to let me leave and still receive my payment even though I'm sure he didn't have to do that. You can't expect any Plasma clinic to be perfect, but this CSL does try and I appreciate it. read more

I'm pretty sure the name of the company is CSL Plasma, otherwise I'm probably reviewing the wrong center. Today was my first time donating and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful, the process took a while but that's to be expected. They go over the information multiple times but that's just to make sure you understand everything. The facility seems to be clean, just a bit of an older building. The donation beds are really comfy! If you're planning on going as a first timer I would definitely recommend having at least half a day clear, just so you won't have to stress if things take longer than normal. You also might want to bring a jacket, even in the summer it can get pretty cool inside. Oh, and eat a healthy meal before you go and make sure you're hydrated! I know this place as CSL Plasma To be completely honest, I donate plasma for the money. $100/week for the first two weeks then $65/week after that. There is a reason they are only 100 yards away from a college campus. It is not a fast process but I appreciate the extra green in my pocket as a college student. In order to start you need - Social Security Card (Just the number will not work) - Photo ID - Piece of mail addressed to you If you could use the extra money then go for it. I feel like my normal self after donating plasma. The only difference is the little scab I constantly have on the inside of my elbow. read more

The staff is friendly and experienced, however, the wait is outrageously unacceptable! I'm new here and all four times (the first time excluded) has taken 2-3 hours, when the time it takes to actually draw plasma is only 30-45 minutes. The issue is that we all stand in like and watch 1 out of the 4 screening booths being used. They seem understaffed and those who are here working have a serious lack of sense of urgency. If donating plasma is something you want to do, I highly recommend going to a better and faster facility. Or if this is the facility you chose, make sure half your day is open and your phone is fully charged because you'll use all the battery waiting for a chair... read more

completely agree with the other gentleman's post. You are slightly worse off than a lab rat here. I would love to donate whole blood, but you don't get any money for that. Maybe I'll do it out of charity soon, and to spite this place. I use to donate blood and got into CSL/ZLB plasma donating. One day I was fed up and got pissed off with their lack of skills, teamwork, and communication. They will stick you with a needle, or at least one of the males will, and assume everything is fine. 15 minutes later, with only a couple ounces of plasma filtered in, I finally got the needle adjusted. Of course they blame me for having poor diet choices, the reasoning for my plasma donation taking so long. No. I eat lots of seeds, fruits, nuts, water. The thing is, as any company should do, you need to take responsibility for yourself as a whole entire company. The manager there will, of course, stick up for his workers who have complacency, lack of skill, and very little multitasking abilities. read more

they take forever to do anything i came in for a piece of paper that i had miss placed a task that should have been simple in the acomplishment of. they took almost an hour to even get to the paper i needed then they fucked up my file. in 2013 i had donated only twice and shortly after i had gotten a lip peircing and stopped donating untill 2016 they put in my file that that i had gotten the peircing before hand a lie on their part which they refused to correct. i would never donate their again i wouldnt be shocked if they caused some people to get hepititus read more

I agree completely with the other two reviewers. I have been going to CSL(Zlb) off and on (whenever I'm really hurting for money) for about 5 years. I have to reiterate that CSL Plasma Services doesn't give a hoot about your time. That's probably my biggest gripe. Always has been. They'll get you into the booth on THEIR time, get you stuck on THEIR time, and get you out of their, on THEIR time (and that's only when they're taking a break from flirting with each other). The worst part is waiting to get into a booth to get screened -- you have to wait at least 15 minutes, but most of the time, a lot longer than that, to get into a booth. (They all seem to go on break, as the line gets longer and longer, and starts to snake around the hallway! Then they wonder why your heart beat is elevated when you get into the booth! It's because you're pissed off at having to stand in the hallway for an eternity! Grrrrr! This place is messed up, and probably always will be. If there were other options, I'd choose any one of them over this place! I would only recommend this place if you are really hard up for cash. The first donation of the week, is so low, it's a joke. But the second donation, is mediocre, and helps a bit if you are in a pinch. read more
