It's truly an awesome feeling knowing I'm playing a small part in providing a key ingredient needed in life saving medications. The fact CSL plasma pays me is a HUGE bonus!! The donation procedure is made as convenient as possible with CSL plasma locations open long hours, seven days a week. Staff are extremely proficient and do a great job getting folks in and out rather seamlessly. The core staff ‍‍have been with the center for a long time and it shows! I am not a big fan of needles, but it still surprises me how many times I've been stuck without feeling a thing. Please don't let a fear keep you from trying. I think you'll be surprised too! If I had to give no stars, I sure as he** would! My mom has been through too many hoops to get approval to donate because some idiot nurse said leg swelling would prevent her from donating. Long story short, her DOCTOR said it will not prevent her from donating and that nurse had no idea what she's talking about. After 2-3 weeks of faxing crap to them, an idiot from CSL Plasma named Megan said she could come there (please note that my mom lives an hour and a half away) and finish the approval process. She gets there and they say that they are not sure if they can get to it tonight but they will "try their hardest"..*eye roll* my mom has been there since 2:30pm WAITING FOR A STUPID APPROVAL! Not to donate...but for an approval. They are taking their sweet a$$ time and because they are "short staffed". That's the biggest load of crap I've ever heard. If they cared about people, they would ACTUALLY DO THEIR HARDEST to help my mom. My mom wasted gas, drove about 55-60 miles ONE WAY, had to buy herself dinner with whatever money she had left. I'm going to leave multiple negative reviews on any website that has their useless name attached to it. I'm going to contact corporate and make sure this doesn't happen to her or anyone again! I've only been donating for about five months, but I've enjoyed the experience a lot. Some things to know: 1. The first session takes at the very least about 2 hours. They take all your info And important documents (make sure you have it all!) and then you go through a donor education course and health screening before you get to actually donating. Bring something to read or watch for sure. 2. Each time you go in expect to spend about 45 minutes before you get to donate. The lines can be long and the most I've had to wait before donating is over an hour. 3. Each donation, from the time you sit down to the time you get up to leave, takes about 50 minutes. Guaranteed, that is the least amount of time it'll take for you to make a donation. 4. Look out for the promotions! They're usually about a $15 per week bonus, but it can add up! read more

This place DOES NOT RESPECT ESSENTIAL WORKERS. I have lost major respect for this place. I have a friend who is a CNA that donates here. Her attire for work consists of tights under her scrubs. Over 6 months ago she tried to donate and a tec flagged her placing in her file that she was trying to alter her weight. She was placed on a list to which she cant return. Upon trying to return the manager denied her. He acted like this is not voluntary. And had no compassion to her stressful job as it is during this covid pandemic. Professionalism personified! Friendly staff. I hate needles and the staff here does an excellent job of the actual IV hook up. You can request a specific nurse/doctor if you are more comfortable with them. Sometimes I don't even feel it. The wifi works great. I always catch up on my TV shows during the hook up process. Never had an issue with payment or bonuses.I recommend this CSL Plasma center. I'm usually in and out, just over an hour. Even when it's a full house they move at a steady pace. I haven't had a bad experience here. They do raffles and give aways. Hopefully I'll win a 50 inch TV. read more

This is a great location and I will only work with their team. I love the fact that I can give back to the community while earning a little cash too! I have been donating regularly and enjoy seeing all of the smiling faces each time. The staff makes the process very easy and they ensure that everyone is comfortable all along the way. This was my first time doing this and had a great experience. The staff explained everything in a way that made this very understandable and un-intimidating. I had a small issue with confirming my proof of residence from management(?,) but the lady helping me directly with this went above and beyond to help me find approved documents. After I was in the chair, the nurses explained everything in the process and answered all the questions I had. Had some additional questions on the way out, and the guy at the front desk was super helpful. Will definitely go back. read more

I've been donating plasma at this location for over 2 years. I keep coming back cause I rarely have a negative experience. The staff are mostly polite and professional. In two years time I have had fewer than 6 less than desirable donations, one was due to an equipment problem (obviously not a common occurrence). The donation $ rate is worth my time, providing some extra cash for this poor university student (lol). I would give 5 stars if there weren't times when the wait to donate wasnt as long. read more

Very nice place to go. The employees were friendly and professional. The first time was advertised as a four hour process, but, it was much faster than that. It was a total of maybe two hours or so to finish the process and everything. The very nice lady that processed me through even came back later while I was giving plasma and checked on me to make sure I was alright. I have been to several CSL Plasma centers in Tennessee, and this one is by far the best! I love how clean their facility is, as well as the friendly staff! Not only are the employees here polite, but they are super efficient! I'm always in and out in no time! They always check to make sure you are comfortable, which is a HUGE deal when donating plasma. Always have a pleasant experience when I come here. Staff is always super nice and personable. I never have any issues when it comes to being on the floor either! Always have a good experience with the technicians and being stuck.
