To make matters worse, we're still not sure where the order actually went, and no one could give us a clear answer. We were simply trying to order business cards, and the lack of customer service and guidance made an already simple task extremely frustrating. The staff seem friendly, although not many are super versed in the educational aspect of what the store hosts (example - I called asking for pentominoes and they were ALL clueless), so I'd most certainly recommend going armed with enough knowledge of what you're looking for before stepping inside. You'll leave less frustrated. Oh, and another piece of advice...it's definitely not cheap and many of the products are packaged for multiple children. So if you have one or two children and not an entire classroom of 20+, I'd suggest paying attention to what you grab in store or ordering less quantities online. That said, there are plentiful options to which I doubt you'll be disappointed. Just be ready to spend some $$$...
