This service existed before all of the other delivery services - you know, the big corporations. When they were on their way, they would text and gently knock on the door. (Again, pre-pandemic.) Such friendly delivery persons - I had a regular who I always liked to chat with for a few minutes. He insisted that a tip was not expected. It was 2am, I wanted to tip! Very honest, good morals, ethics etc... During pandemic: same level of service but with text and no physical contact. Very safe and resourceful. Their hours have changed but their level of service has not changed. They are pioneers in delivery services.

This is actually the branch on Tropicana , I couldn't find it…read more I have to use DHL sometimes for my work. I went in and was told I need to sign the list and fill out a small form with my name. Then got a receipt. I thought it was a bit much but it's for my safety. The next time I came in a few days later , now I don't have to sign a list. However now she says she has to open all packages. If I'm wrong someone enlighten me. This seems to be a breach of privacy, I asked her what if it was confidential? That doesn't seem right. So she opened it and asked what they were , I said letters. She felt it and said Oh no we can't send credit cards. What?? My job is to forward people's mail who are temporarily out of the country. I said this man has paid you almost 200.00 and you can't send it? She thinks about it then says I guess we can because the envelopes haven't been opened.
