I asked more about how (I do some graphic design work) and turns out she does them by hand. By hand! Not using modern technology, but true art. Includes the socks, tie, and the whole suit. Customer service was fantastic, they are very helpful on finding the right size and let you try on different sizes to make sure it fits you. The lead time for a tailor is about 3 weeks, that's the only down-side... so it is best if you plan ahead of time before your actual wedding date. Located in downtown Santa Ana so there is street parking, but there is a small lot behind the building with only 5-6 spots.

This store is located right off the main strip & has a decent collection of clothing- anywhere from jackets to windbreakers to backpacking gear. I got a sandy honey brown jacket on sale for $80 (Original price around $140), and my boyfriend got an orange windbreaker on sale as well. We also picked up some travel books on sale to read while lounging around. I was happy that they had travel books since Catalina Island is sparse when it comes to bookstores or variety of reads. While some may be a bit old (think 2009), it is to be expected given the overall flow of traffic to the island. Be sure to peruse the sales section, esp. picking items that are off-season. The guy working there is nice & patient, as I was trying on different clothes & spent quite some time in the store. Definitely one of my more favorite stores on the island in comparison to the cheesy touristy shops that sell a bunch of trinkets & random stuff you probably wouldn't use or wear once off the island.
