They provide a variety of modalities specific to your needs and have lots of equipment to help you recover from your injury/reduce pain. The reception was fast to process receipts and provide times to rebook for future appointments. They even provide paperless/email invoices and receipts with automatic billing to your insurance. I got a lot out of my time there and I still do some of the same exercises at home today to stay strong and to sty fit. I had one mishap that involved the muscle stimulator machine. It went a little crazy and somehow got turned up really high. It really freaked me out because it hurt. From then on, my therapist massaged me herself - no more machines - which I really appreciated. I enjoyed my time at his clinic, I actually looked forward to my visits.

I had a weird feeling that one of my legs is getting shorter and she pin it right! my hip rotated to compensate the pain coming from the knee and pulled the muscle creating this "shorter leg" feeling. This instantly won me and I changed all my appointments to be with her! She treated me with needles as well, but overall her knowledge of human body and how she knows what hurts why, how's that interconnected and how based on my scrambled description she was able to pinpoint solution for my concern just absolutely blows my mind! The office is a convenient stop off the Anthony Henday with plenty of parking. Once inside there are plenty of beds, rehab equipment, and even onsite massage therapists to deal with anything that may be causing you problems. Our family accesses them for a number of services and have been very pleased with all that we have accessed. My son plays a lot of sports, along with several extreme sports, and along with his growth spurts, things get out of whack. He has seen Fiona for physio and she takes the time to perform a solid assessment of what's happening. She explains it and then explains treatment. She's very patient with my inquisitive son and it always feels as though the recommended number of treatments is what I anticipate. I've been to some that it feels like they are just ensuring future revenue and suggest too many sessions (I could be wrong though to be fair) My husband has RSI and as a computer programmer, he is VERY particular about how works on his back and shoulders. He sees Erin for massage therapy and is always amazed at how good of a job she does. After a couple of sessions the first time he went in, he was floored at how well his arms/shoulders were feeling. She does deep tissue massage and knows the body extremely well. I personally have used Erin for massage therapy and acupuncture. I was going through a lot of emotional issues and if it hadn't been for her, I probably would be sitting in a corner and rocking... She did acupuncture to help with emotional stability and made a believer out of me for acupuncture. She also has given me massages to help with my headaches (stress related). Now let's talk about the front desk... A level of understanding of insurance and billing won't be found elsewhere! Upon very short notice we found active physio works and he was immediately assessed the next day. He had a few sessions with Neal who was reassuring, punctual, knowledgeable and had gave him lots of encouragement. Tara and Daria were also amazing. Within a week of having treatments and doing exercises he was given, my father was able to reach full range of motion of his neck, left shoulder and arm. He was also able to walk bearing weight on his left leg (still swollen though due to injury) and was confident to travel alone. We cannot thank active physio works enough!
