Also, the price quote they gave me was way too high. I mean, they are overcharging for mediocre design work. I've seen a lot better from other companies. If you want branding, go to a different company that doesn't discriminate like liquified creative.

First off, this is the first time hearing anything about her Karen being upset other than upon completion of the website her first words were "I don't see the e-commerce section" which was not in our agreement which is 4 pages and very detailed and clear. Eccomerce was NEVER included in the agreement. Then she mentioned that she was unhappy with some images which we requested from her but were too small. Then I heard nothing from her again. She has my phone number and could have called me at any time but decided rather leave a negative review towards my company without ANY CHANCE of correcting any issues. Then... Karen goes on to mention not being able to access her website, again totally incorrect. I just went to https://annapoliscrochetknitting.com/ which we recommended the domain (ranking #1 on google) and the website we built is GONE. I personally sent Karen the usernames and passwords and links to her web hosting account and backend of the website 2 times. The website we built WAS very clean, modern and professional and we had 25 people review the site and all were impressed. Nevermind her customers commented numerous times on how they loved her new website. But now the website we built is down which proves she has full access to the website we built her. Lastly.... This comment is the one which hurts "The primary interest of Jeff/Cuckhoo is to get clients on an expensive monthly package. I would not recommend Cuckhoo Web Design to anyone." This made no sense to me because Karen WAS NEVER ON ANY PROGRAM! EVER! Our goal is not to get anyone in long-term programs, SEO is ongoing BUT CUCKHOO DOES NOT LOCK CLIENTS INTO CONTRACTS because it only benefits the company which offers that contract and we know that, NO LONG TERM CONTRACTS! So this statement of hers was a total lie and based on her personal opinion without any actual fact. Overall my team never takes advantage of any client ever! it's not in our business model, if there is an issue then we fix it always. But we need the opportunity to do so first... Really don't appreciate the lack of opportunity here and hope everyone reads this response.

I had the unfortunate experience of opening a evite dinner invitation attachment on an email from a known acquaintance which turned out to be a Remote Access Trojan (RAT). I tried several times to clean my hard drive with Nord VPN Threat Malware and Malwarebytes programs which found nothing. A backdoor was established on my laptop and I could see the intruder's mouse pointer navigating throughout my laptop while my mouse pointer was disabled. The only solution to stop it was to sever the internet connection. The issue persisted for several days when I would reconnect the internet. The intruder wasn't always present but I could see when they were. The intruder got into my Google password manager, Quicken account and attempted to make Amazon purchases. I was running out of airspeed and ideas and recognized that I needed professional assistance. I researched locally for an I.T. firm and found Will Get IT Done. I met with Will who examined my 7 year old laptop and he recommended I simply replace it as the cost to wipe it clean/replace the hard drive and reload would be comparable to a replacement. Although working just fine prior to the intrusion, given the age of my laptop I took Will's advice and purchased a new laptop. Will and Nicholas transferred all of my clean files from the old to the new laptop in their lab leaving the RAT in the old hard drive. I am now back in great shape. The total cost was well worth it for the peace of mind. If you need any I.T. assistance do not hesitate to give Will and Nicholas a call. They will deliver!

When asked for a refund for an unfulfilled service the owner got back to me telling me that there was no refund that he was charging for the invested hours. This is like if you hire an architect to build a modern house and you get a Mexican ranch style house or a hobbit house .... and then he charges for the invested time... I guess this is an example of how hard is to find companies with real values... in the long term doing the right things pays off with good reviews and referrals. After contracting the owner to complete a video with date-specific content, this business decided it couldn't complete the project because it had other obligations (team sports videos to complete which were more important). I refused to pay for incomplete work which was promised by the company and requested my original footage returned ( my intellectual property by law). This company ( after pirating my website having deemed itself sole administrator) allowed my website to go dark & disconnect from it's platform. I could not even access my own website nor obtain my film footage. I was a victim of internet piracy. After speaking with my intellectual property attorney, he advised that, although I had a case, it would cost me more in legal fees than to pay the ransom money for my own intellectual property!! So I paid the blackmail money and retrieved my own intellectual property. I am sharing with you, lest you,too , become a victim of internet piracy. CAVEAT EMPTOR. BUYER BEWARE.
