They were able to deliver the equipment to us from Annapolis, which is not an easy drive. The wedding was outside, and they brought a bunch of ideas to the table on how to make the most of our rental from them. We rented 2 speakers and 2 subs, and a microphone. We were able to have a technician stay throughout the ceremony so we could use the same speakers for the ceremony and then seamlessly move them under the tent onto our dance floor with the two subs. We were also able to keep the equipment throughout the weekend for the Sunday brunch we had! ADEK was awesome to work with, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to do an event in the surrounding area!

Xerox WC 6515DNI Printer Not Working…read more Omid visited as promised and was timely. He's very professional and easy to speak with. He doesn't mind answering questions and engaging with the client. As with any technology, one never really knows what the issue might be that is causing the problem. At the outset, Omid thought it might be the fuser but after testing the printing using the bypass paper tray, and the print job completing, he quickly ruled out it being a fuser issue. At this point he did some research on his phone and then did a soft reset on the printer. Unbelievably it resolved my printer printing issue that I was having from using the main paper tray. He couldn't be sure as to why the printer settings were corrupted and had to be reset, but who cares at this point because I had been faced with buying a fuser, a new printer or any other expensive part. Most importantly I didn't have to continue going to the library to print anymore at $.15/page. I highly recommend Omid and his company.

The staff were really friendly, and even processed the run time of all the tapes together and called us to confirm the price of conversion (about $40 per hour of footage) before starting the job. They used our own USB drive, although they offer some for sale as well. They even fixed a tape that had gotten damaged when we tried to play the VHS films at home! It's not a cheap service, but if you convert to digital files you'll probably never have to worry about re-converting them again. The memories are so worth it, and we were so happy to find The Video Editor on Yelp to help us with this task. Lastly, stepping into this store is like stepping into the 90's, I didn't realize how much I missed the vibes!!
