They over charged for a very poor quality design, and when non of the proposals was satisfying the expectations they tried to charge extra, because they alleged that we already reached the designing hours. This company doesn't cares about the customer's satisfaction but for the money, I paid them $2000 for some useless PDFs files with tiny useless logos, no vectors for edition. When asked for a refund for an unfulfilled service the owner got back to me telling me that there was no refund that he was charging for the invested hours. This is like if you hire an architect to build a modern house and you get a Mexican ranch style house or a hobbit house .... and then he charges for the invested time... I guess this is an example of how hard is to find companies with real values... in the long term doing the right things pays off with good reviews and referrals. Think it twice before doing business with this company.

This was a large and complicated project, with 3 different admin panels, various API plugins, front end/back end strategies for development, detailed UI/UX design, and many other things they did for me. The planning phase was essential, and they only used 70% of my budget, allotting the remaining funds to the UI/UX phase which was much more detailed and complicated, but they nailed it. This company really cares about your project. They don't just treat you as a dollar figure that will eventually be in their bank accounts. They both have, and show genuine interest in your project. They do detailed and thorough reviews of your proposed strategies and provide great strategic value to the project. This is the kind of company who will always strive to make sure your project gets to the finish line.
