I just wanted a logo designer, not to be shamed. If you need a logo, make sure it's not for a liberal cause or company, because they'll treat you differently than they treat other customers. Also, the price quote they gave me was way too high. I mean, they are overcharging for mediocre design work. I've seen a lot better from other companies. If you want branding, go to a different company that doesn't discriminate like liquified creative.

First off, this is the first time hearing anything about her Karen being upset other than upon completion of the website her first words were "I don't see the e-commerce section" which was not in our agreement which is 4 pages and very detailed and clear. Eccomerce was NEVER included in the agreement. Then she mentioned that she was unhappy with some images which we requested from her but were too small. Then I heard nothing from her again. She has my phone number and could have called me at any time but decided rather leave a negative review towards my company without ANY CHANCE of correcting any issues. Then... Karen goes on to mention not being able to access her website, again totally incorrect. I just went to https://annapoliscrochetknitting.com/ which we recommended the domain (ranking #1 on google) and the website we built is GONE. I personally sent Karen the usernames and passwords and links to her web hosting account and backend of the website 2 times. The website we built WAS very clean, modern and professional and we had 25 people review the site and all were impressed. Nevermind her customers commented numerous times on how they loved her new website. But now the website we built is down which proves she has full access to the website we built her. Lastly.... This comment is the one which hurts "The primary interest of Jeff/Cuckhoo is to get clients on an expensive monthly package. I would not recommend Cuckhoo Web Design to anyone." This made no sense to me because Karen WAS NEVER ON ANY PROGRAM! EVER! Our goal is not to get anyone in long-term programs, SEO is ongoing BUT CUCKHOO DOES NOT LOCK CLIENTS INTO CONTRACTS because it only benefits the company which offers that contract and we know that, NO LONG TERM CONTRACTS! So this statement of hers was a total lie and based on her personal opinion without any actual fact. Overall my team never takes advantage of any client ever! it's not in our business model, if there is an issue then we fix it always. But we need the opportunity to do so first...
