We come home from my father in laws funeral after being gone a week and our water was YELLOW. Called company and they finally sent someone out to try and raise the pump. It broke off and they took pipes out and threw on our neighbors land and said they could do nothing and left! High and dry no water for 10 days. We called GUNTER well company and we had to drill a brand new well on opposite side of property. 15K for new well, plumbing and electrical switched to opposite side of property. Sent Lucas Well Company a letter and heard nothing back at all. They are rude and do not stand by their work. This is how they treat military veterans? New well is perfect. No sediment issues, inner pipe property installed. Go with GUNTER well and service. Tye and his crew are true professionals. Wells are suppose to last 25-100 years, not 3.5 years.

Not knowing what I was looking at/for, I took a flashlight out to the pump and wiggled the first wire I saw. Shazam, the pump started right up! I was afraid a larger problem would grow from this so I called Anderson at 2:00 AM and left a message. At 2:00 that afternoon they rolled up into the yard. After a thorough going-over they determined that the problem was a switch that wasn't making constant contact (apparently my jiggling of that wire had restored it). They installed a new switch and within 15 minutes things were as good as new! I highly recommend these guys for any and all well/pump problems you may encounter.

I called four seasons well and pump, and he came out and gave me an estimate. The only other experience I have had with Greg (owner and proprietor) was for a well inspection for a previous house I almost bought. He was very thorough with that inspection. Well, he was supposed to show up at 9:00. He showed up at 8:55. Which as I've previously stated, is rare to have someone show up when they say they will, much less show up on time. He was very pleasant, and did the job, and gave me a warranty on the tank for 5 years (I'd imagine this is a manufacturer guarantee). He also stated "I stand by my work". I typically believe that when I see it. Well, I few days later there was a very small leak at one of the junctures. I reached out to Greg, he apologized, and I asked him to come out the following Monday at 9. He showed up at 8:50, and looked at it and told me what the issue was. Then, he fixed it. I asked him how much I owed him..... Wait for it..... He said nothing, because he stands but his work. Well, there you have it, he really does stand by his work. Interestingly, he wasn't angry he had to come back, was as pleasant as the first interaction we had, and he didn't try to change his story, like I've had so many contractors do in the past. Greg: you're top notch, and I look forward to doing business with you again. It's so nice to have an honest contractor when you know nothing about the work that needs to be done.

I recently called them on September 5 after Cassell Brothers plumbing let me down. I had a clogged septic line which Cassell charged me 750 bucks to clear. They didn't clear it. I called Sharpe's and their man showed up when he said he would, opened up the tank, saw the mess Cassell left and fixed the problem. He didn't even charge me. He gave me what I considered to be a fair estimate on installing an outdoor clean out on the pipe, which I accepted and let them do the work. Again, they showed up when they said they would, did the work, and charged me what they said they'd charge. Once again, this company was a pleasure to work with. They dealt fairly with me and didn't try to take advantage. Will definitely be getting my business from here on out.

Original post below: Worst Service and Quality I have Ever Encountered. Bought a new build with a well in Jan 2026. 7 months of well guys (Sharpe's) and plumbers as as of Aug 2026 I had low water pressure in 5 bedroom/3 bath house. Couldn't take a shower and flush a toilet anywhere without the shower turning off. Sharpe's said the well was fine. Plumber blamed the well guys. After 7 months the pump stopped working. Sharpe's replaced under "warranty" and then charged me $1000 to pull the bad pump and put a new one in. Low and behold the water pressure now is normal and you can flush a toilet while a shower is running and it does not shut off....As well I had built a pump house over the well as it was 6'x4' wide (huge and couldn't use the usual rock cover). I had to cut it apart for over $3500 between the well house and the demolition. They replaced it with a super small "wart" cover and also charged me $600 for that. DONT GET A HOUSE WITH WELL FROM SHARPE'S!!! Any no-one will pay. Except YOU. And anyone who wants the invoices and the 8 pages of emails from the last 7 months, I'd be happy to provide.
