Parking lot was very full but luckily I got a spot as someone was pulling out. The event was one long trail full of Halloween lights and decorations. We decided to enter into the scare zone, and it wasn't that bad. I think they have to tone down the scares since it's a more kid-friendly event. It started raining really hard at the end and it was a sign to start heading home. I need to come back during a nice day and experience more of what the zoo offers, like actually seeing the animals and botanicals.

I was absolutely floored by the expanse of this park. Even as an adult, I found this park to spark that childlike excitement. With huge slides, tepee hut style enclosures, and levels to the park, it was super exciting. A great spot for kids and adults alike!

I love looking out and I especially get excited when I see dolphins! The river is right off the main San Marco Blvd and can be easily walked to from the main little part of town. It is also arguably the best spot in town to watch the sunset. The sun sets RIGHT over the river and it is always a great sight. People bring folding chairs and blankets to sit and watch. I've seen people bring V Pizza to eat while looking out at the river, and I need to keep that in mind for next time lol! Note that there is no designated parking or benches. There is a crosswalk with a ramp up to the walk way, so this is handicap accessible. Don't miss this beautiful spot in San Marco.

I hate when you go to a park that is just over run with wild animals...i mean children. ;) I have never had any issues here. I walked it literally in a few minutes. However, for a little park, it is pretty amazing. It could be a little more decently cleaned. There was what I would guess would be droppings from the geese on the sidewalk and some look like they have been here for awhile. Not a big deal, it is nature, but I did want to mention it. All in all, I would definitely recommend this park.

I can't believe that this is my first time here as I am often in the area and seek out parks to walk and get some steps towards my minimum ten thousand steps a day minimum. But now that I have discovered Losco Regional Park, I will say that I will definitely return to this wonderful park. This park was also pretty popular on this particular Thursday morning. There were plenty of people enjoying the park. Losco Regional Park is truly a great park and I definitely recommend a visit here. I will also give Losco Regional Park an overall rating of five stars. Some trash around and on the start of the trail. Beware there were tons of mosquitos on the trail and a stray cat. Who knows how many more. We really have no desire to go back. Those pictures of the "lake" do Not Look anything near like that in person in a negative way sadly and I would probably barely call it a lake.
