No reply so I called and after the third call FINALLY got a representative on the line. No apology, no nice conversation. Just: "our driver ran out of bottles. Your delivery will arrive June 12th." June 12th comes and goes, no delivery. June 13th (today) 2 phone calls and an email...and finally at 5:48pm (almost an hour AFTER my business closed) I receive the email below. If I had received ANY communication prior to this stating they were moving office, I would've completely understood. But considering it's like pulling teeth to try to get information out of this company, I'm really hoping my business doesn't cut ties with this company.
