My family has been coming here since I was a kid. Water is extremely crisp and refreshing. There usually is an older Vietnamese lady working behind the counter. I show her my membership number written on one of my bottle caps, she keys it in, enters how ever many gallons of water I purchase, and gives me a receipt. Service is friendly enough. Keep in mind that you're here to get water, not to dine-in/purchase material goods. Pricing as of 7/17/2025 - $0.35/gallon with a membership. read more

Crystal Pure Water - Exterior - Water Delivery Near Me - San Jose, California

Crystal Pure Water has moved two stores down between Togos and Happy Donuts! Today was their grand re-opening, so my bf and I came out to support and grabbed a free donut. The water is still as great as it was at the previous store, and the new location looks a lot more updated and so pretty with the accent wall! Please come out and support! read more

The woman working the counter is extremely rude never greets, smiles or thanks you which is not required but makes you feel unwanted. Very unprofessional, other than that water is great. read more

The store is very clean and the staff is always very nice and helpful. Of course the water is great.

This place is very clean and has plenty of faucets to fill up with. The employees are super kind and helpful. I drive out of my way to get my water here. read more

If I have a zero star I will give it to her I can't believe it she call customer stupid on the phone with someone Else . She didn't know that I am also Vietnamese but however if I am not she still can't say to the clients like this I was told her by Vietnamese language I understood her and she lied to me she say that she is taking about Indian peoples not about me I feel so sorry for this woman and never coming back read more

Well, the reviews are right. Extremely rude. I walked in for a membership and the lady couldn't figure it out but I was patient and waitted about 10 minutes. When I saw the pop up error I tried to help since tHere was a line and I didn't want to keep people waiting. The lady was rude and got angry at me making a suggestion. I finally told her to forget it (thinking I was doing her a favor) and we could come back. That didn't sit well with her. I ended up paying cash for the gallons we did get and she practically threw my change at me. Will not be returning and I agree with everyone elsE. Don't support these people! read more

I've only been here once but the woman all these people complained about was harmless. She is rough around the edges, but it seems to only be the impression she gives off. After engaging her, she definitely showed helpfulness and customer service through the harshness. I will definitely come back and I'll bet each time I'm nice to her, she will be nice right back to me. read more

I've been coming here regularly for a few years now. The water is delicious and the price is right. Can't complain about the customer service because I don't expect much. I come in, pay, fill, and leave. The owners aren't incredibly sociable but really, do they need to be? If you're looking for delicious water at a good price I'd defintely recommend. read more

People really complaining about "poor customer service". oh no we had poor customer service now my day is ruined boohoo just get your stuff and leave read more

This is the business of Vietnamese old couple who are so rude and wired. They speak little English (that is ok) and don't know how to treat customers. With no smile, and grumpy face watched me. (Something wrong with me?) This is the most convenient place to get water, but I have to find a new place. read more

This owner is very rude. I purchased a defective 5 gallon dispenser. She had told me that if there were any problem, I should return it with the receipt. I did and she was giving a hard time about it. At one point, she started to yell at me. I laugh. read more

I agree with all the 1 star reviews about the woman and her lack of customer service skills. Yes, you don't have to be social with everyone but you can try be friendly and pretend you want to be there. I've been a customer for over a year and have never felt welcomed. The water quality is ok, after my account balance goes to zero, I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more

Absolutely horrible can barely speak any English and very rude! Probably would have got more spent more but no customer service what so ever do not support these people very rude!!!! read more

nice reviews from others. My experience was :hard to park close in tight crowded old strip mall and owner was really rude, terse and domineering.I won't go back to this one though others apparently think its great! read more

The owner is very rude. When we bought a bucket at the store, she said it would last for several years. In fact, only a few months, it is leaking. We went back to ask for if we can change, she said no and is very rude. We tried to negotiate, she starts to yelling at us. read more

Water tastes good. This review is for the owner of the store. The owner is very very rude. I have never seen such a worst, rude and irresponsible owner anywhere here in the bay area. When we took water at the store at night at the vending machine outside, the machine swallowed one dollar notes. When asked with the owner of this incident, she was very irresponsible and didn't take responsibility of the issue in the machine. When asked whom to contact, she directed us to view the machine for the phone number to look at. But when we informed her that there was no phone number over there, she started shouting at us. She was very rude and irresponsible. Beware of the owner and the vending machine. Don't get into the same trouble as me. read more

I can't believe this company doesn't have any reviews. This place is by far the best place to get good tasting and quality water at a very low price. My whole family gets water from here. We get a membership which ends up costing us $.20 per gallon. People are very nice and friendly and their different size water containers are very good quality and much cheaper than other places. I live about 2 to 3 miles from this place and one time I tried buying water from a water store next to my house. Next thing I knew was my wife was complaining about the taste of the water. So I end up having to pour the water out and came to this place and got water again. I couldn't even trick my wife with water. Try this place you will get a better tasting water and save more money than going to safeway or other places that sell expensive nasty water that don't even taste good. read more

This place has Great tasting water every time, plus awesome customer service! Owners are very friendly and courteous always!

The water here tastes AMAZING! I fill up every week no fail. The water is .25 cents a gallon and worth every sip. The family that runs this store is very nice and helpful. The first time I came here I was a little intimidated and clueless. One of the owners helped me out right away and showed me the ropes. Also you can come after hours and fill up outside! read more
