There are only 4 pumps, so it was easy to maneuver in once I spotted their very competitive gas prices. I appreciate not having to dodge people at the larger stations. That being said, it had been a hot minute since I'd had to go through so many steps (enter zip, flip the nozzle up, etc.) to get gas. The pumps were a few years behind, but well worth the price. As I topped off, I couldn't help but notice a senior in front of me having difficulty, so I walked over and asked if I could assist him. He said his card wasn't being read, when in fact, he was having a hard time reading the digital lettering that danced by requesting his zip code. I'm glad I was there to help, because it didn't seem as if anyone inside noticed and the lettering was tricky to read as bright as it was. Nevertheless, nothing could kill my joy on this beautiful sunny Spring day, and having done a good deed made it seem even better!

But, if you are in a hurry, here are some tips to help you: 1. You can use a debit card, but if do, answer "NO" when it asks if it is a debit card. It can only process cards that the pump thinks are credit cards. It will save you a trip inside to the attendant who will tell you the same thing. 2. Some of the pumps don't give receipts, so you can use your phone to get an image of how much you used instead of having to go inside and having the attendant print you a receipt. 3. When using a card at the pump, it may take a long time to "authorize" since they don't have an internet connection other than via satellite, so on cloudy days, it may take nearly a minute (long enough for the attendant to see me standing there waiting and walk out to the pump to explain it.) Everything works, and the gas is just as good as any other, but you are dealing with an old station and the quirks that go with it. I will give credit to the attendant in the small shop (the sell tobacco, candy, ice, and gas for home grilling) for having a good attitude and being helpful to make the transaction less frustrating. The bays are covered and the cover extends all the way to the store to help keep you dry on rainy days. Outside there are ice and propane tanks available. Inside, there are rows of packaged snacks and accessories as well as a coffee station and other self-serve beverages. The counter is conveniently located near the door so you can bypass going through the aisles if you just want to pay for gas. Fairly clean (though I didn't check the restrooms). They have an outdoor style convenience store, where there are several refridge machines with sliding glass doors that create a corridor to the window of the small shack where you can pay the awaiting attendant. Or use credit card and pay for just fuel at the pump. They do have all types of soda pops, snacks, candy, smokes, and other items. Many outside for easy grab, and other behind the cashier inside their shack that they will get for you. Prices for these items are about the same as other mini mart stores which means a little higher, but their easy and quick to grab and pay for those on the run. This gas station has an air machine on the south side of the lot. Sometimes cars cut thru this lot to get to the bank, so always be sure to look and drive slow in the lot area. Once you get outside of the Pittsburgh they usually serve as a multipurpose place to get gas as well. I think Circle K is in need of a remodel from the floor up. They all seem to look the same, run down. I get the simplicity they are going for, but after a few years they all just look dirty, which was the case with this one. I'm not even sure what type of gas they were selling as I was too concerned with being able to navigate this place and be on my way.

Prices for items are typical slightly higher in price, but very quick and easy to grab when in a hurry. Gas prices are about the same as other stations. The cool thing about this gas station is they have a drive thru window for people like me who are too lazy to even get out and walk inside, haha. I think their window closes at 9 pm though. But you just pull up to the window and tell the clerk all the things you want and they go around the store and get them for you. Basically anything they sell inside you can have them get for you. Now that's a lazy man's shopping trip right there, and it doesn't cost any extra, haha. Good place to get a few items and some fuel.

They have all the convenience store items you expect, including soda pops, candy, snacks, cigarettes and many other items. The gas price seems to be pretty much the same as most other places. The store is a bit crowded as the aisles are a little bit narrow and the store does seem to stay busy during the daylight hours. They have been out of a type of energy drink I like a couple times I stopped in. But overall this is a decent place to get gas and convenience store items.

They have hot and made to serve Hunt's Pizza available, large selection of cold soda pops and other drinks in coolers, smokes, lottery tickets, fountain drinks, few auto supplies like oil, few quick canned foods, snacks, candy, bags of ice, and more! Prices seem like they are all correct for this type small mini-mart store. The employees are friendly and greet you as you enter. Great small place in the middle of a residential area, yet located on a heavily traveled corner with a stop light. Lots of parking, easy and fast in and out.

But I was intrigued, so figured I'd check it out. Now I had no idea what Leo's offered until I went in. Think gas station/convenience store offering locally made food items, freshly prepared bowls/drinks and kolaches. Second guilty admission: never had a kolache. The nice woman behind the counter helped me choose (they were buy one, get one free)! So I chose one egg and cheese, and one spinach and cheese. They were warmed in an oven while I went to grab a coffee and use the restroom, which was very clean and well-stocked. Pro tip: if you want a latte or another specialty coffee, order at the counter. If you want to make your own, go to the coffee bar. It's less expensive, plus they have a variety of sweeteners, Torani syrups, and assorted creamers (including plant-based). The cash register employee let me know when they were ready to go, and my grand total was less than $6. I picked up a few hot sauce packets from the condiment bar and sat down in the dining area to eat. The kolache itself is essentially a small, light sandwich. The bread was soft, with a hint of sweetness. The egg and cheese combo was perfect for my light lunch! I had a bite of the spinach and cheese kolache before I left, which was even more flavorful and cheesy! Can't wait to have it tomorrow morning.
