Luckily I kept my panties on because my towel was yanked off and I would've been completely exposed. (My husband wasn't so lucky) Then at the time of payment the lady was extremely demanding on us leaving a tip. I tipped them more than they deserved. I have been getting massages here for a while now and I was finally able to convince the hubby to get a massage with me. I had had the gift card three years but when I had gone in there to schedule a date..their schedule was always full or I was not in state. The spa service was good, front desk and their protocol was not. I would also encourage the owners to place on their discount that gift cards amounts be listed to the service and that changes to the cost should be negotiated upon arrival.
