The outside of the building looks normal but once you go inside it is sketchy. There were only two ladies in there. The lady who did my massage was very unprofessional in the way that she massaged me. Then when I leave from getting my massage (I was very uncomfortable the whole time, so I was not planning on tipping) they proceed to force me to tip the lady who did my massage. Highly don't recommend. UPDATE: Owner messaged me and apologizes and says he will give me a refund. But then proceeds to tell me he will not do so unless I delete my review. I will not be deleting my review because nobody deserves to go somewhere and feel the way I felt today.

Luckily I kept my panties on because my towel was yanked off and I would've been completely exposed. When I walked in I was asked if I needed to use the restroom and then someone had walked into the restroom so I was told to sit down in the front. In the package it says to arrive 30 minutes early to enjoy mimosas and sweet treats. I did not get taken back to the relaxation room until I stood up and said something. They were too busy chit chatting than worrying about their customer. Finally I was taken back to the relaxation room about 10 minutes before my massage. When I walked in I was shocked they had camper chair for us to sit in, in a so called "relaxation" room. I literally had to chug down my drink and sweet treats before my massage. Finally the massage. ABSOLUTE worst massage I've ever received. The lady spent more time putting the mint oil infront of my nose than actually massage my neck and shoulders, which was literally suffocating. I was also told that hot stone would be included. I had maybe 5 minutes of hot stone on my back and then another 5 minutes of her massaging my back. I'm carrying around a newborn and toddler all day so that was extremely upsetting. My husband booked this massage as a postpartum gift since I just went through an emergency c section and he just wanted me to have a day of relaxation. I left there extremely upset and frustrated instead of feeling good. I ended up leaving a review that night which I've never left a review in my life. And then they replied and was told in the reply if I was open to it they'd like to discuss this further. I called the spa 3 times and the first time I called I was told I would probably just get a refund and that I would be getting a call back. Every other time I called I was given the runaround and told I would be getting a call back. Finally this morning I called and spoke with the owner. The owner was not nice at all and told me because I left a review she will not be giving me any type of compensation. She literally said that because I left a review for the public to see she will not be helping me. This business is very welcoming, clean and organized. It's also easy to find and has multiple parking spots. I have been getting massages here for a while now and I was finally able to convince the hubby to get a massage with me. Thankfully my hubs vibed so we'll with Joe that coming here has been a regular occurrence for the both of us. Everyone here is super nice, very professional, and have always made our experiences relaxing and comfortable. The time spent here doesn't seem as long as the appointment says and you won't even realize that so much time has gone by until you're gently told that the session is over.
