    My Samsung Express printer worked fine yesterday. Today, when I tried to print, it made a grinding…read morenoise and showed "paper jam" error. I tried to pull the paper from the back, but to no avail. Finally, I had to call a service to get it repaired. Many places would not work on a Samsung. Period. No explanation. I finally found "AAA Copier, Printer and Fax Repair" located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA and the dispatch said she would call the serviceman and have him return the call. About 1 hr later, I got a call from Aaron Willey. When I advised that no other repair place I called (and I had called many!) would work on a Samsung, he answered, "that's becuase Samsung went out of the business and was bought out by Xerox." Then I realized why I was getting the run around. When I explained my dilema, he said it sounded like the fuzer, but he would come take a look at it. As he removed the back of the printer, there was a small piece of paper stuck. He said he was hoping I would not have to purchase a fuzer as they are quite expensive, even on Amazon. After he pulled the paper out, the printer was still not functioning, so he took the fuzer apart and he found 5 pieces of paper very tightly wrapped around the fuzer. After all the paper was removed, he replaced the fuzer back in the printer and cleaned the machine. He then advised that I should make sure the paper in the machine is not damp, as that will make the paper adhere to the fuzer when the fuzer heats up. Aaron was knowledgeable, efficient and quite resonably priced. He quoted a price and did not waiver. I would recommend Aaron for any and all of your printer needs. Thank you, Aaron, for being "the guy" who fixed my Samsung! I will call you first for any and all printer issues from now on!

He was very professional, and came out to my office and suggested what kind of desks to buy and where to place them. He took measurements and then we went back to his warehouse to start picking furniture. All of his suggestions turned out great. This was truly a one stop shop. I purchased 13 desks, a conference room table, all the chairs, all the furniture in the lobby, break room table and a glass whiteboard for the conference room. I am very pleased with the service of Hoppers Office Furniture and Mark Monninger. I highly recommend them.
