Old lady (term used out of respect not actual behavior) said "no, not our fault". Beware. I guess I have to go outside of Knightdale to find a decent cleaner. Picked up my cloths for a fancy society dinner at Duke, only to find my pants with two creases on the leg. There was already a permanent crease they should have used as a guide, but for some reason they decided to create an entirely new one. DON'T USE THIS CLEANSER!! I picked up my outfit and when I got home and put the outfit on I noticed a stain that was not there when I brought it in, to be cleaned. The stain appeared to be a water stain. I took it back the next day with the tag on the plastic bag and my ticket. The Asian gentleman at the desk was very rude and tried to tell me that the water stain came from a leak in my closest. Mind you I do not have a leak in my closet. Then he tried to say I didn't get my clothes cleaned there even though I had a ticket. When I looked at my other items there were starch spots and fingerprints all over them. He refused to acknowledge the stains were made there at the cleansers!! Horrible service!!! Go anywhere but Crystal Cleaners!!! read more

This is family owned business. They are friendly, helpful, and do a good job. If you are using another dry cleaner in the area, I suggest giving this one a try. Reasonable prices and same day service. There is also a laundromat attached and they offer wash and fold. read more

Worst cleaning experience ever. They lost one of my blouses. They offered me another free cleaning in place of my $50 blouse. When I said that was an unacceptable solution I was screamed at by the old , woman and her son that I was unreasonable. I will never go back. The young men who work in here are awesome, but we left because of the woman. She is very rude and unprofessional. We brought pants in that had just been laundered , but she refused to fix zipper unless she could launder them. Another occasion they lost all of our laundry when they moved because of the fire - my husband needed his shirts for business meetings. After 8 days we were pressing her for our laundry. She snapped well you should have picked up before the fire! Well, had we known there was going to be a fire we wouldn't have even left our laundry! I could not believe her attitude! The worst dry. Cleaners in all of wake county. I brought in a comforter to be washed, nothing fancy. A week later I brought it home to find black grease all over the inside that they had folded very nicley so I couldn't see it in the store. I left it there another week to come back to find they hadn't done anything because the machine was "broken" and they refused to refund my money. They yelled at me and said I was a lair and caused the stain myself. Never waste your time or money on them, not worth the hassle. read more

The service here is TERRIBLE!!!! They press and starch your shirts without washing them and, when you bring it to the owners attention SHE gets belligerent and rude. I took back 4 shirts out of six that were pressed, starched and still dirty. She walked away grumbling when I brought it to her attention as if I did something to her besides pay for a service that wasn't rendered. read more

Been coming here for years but just recently they lost two of my husbands dress shirts. They admitted losing shirts and the one brother gave him $15 credit but when my husband went back to pick up they did not honor the credit and the other brother who we returned a shirt to that they gave us that wasn't ours also had amnesia and would not stand by their mistake. Unprofessional, rude and not accountable. They tore out the shoulder on my dress shirt for work and claimed it was like that on when they got it, said they didn't touch it but charged for cleaning . They took the charge off the bill but refused any responsibility for the damage to the shirt. Certainly no apology. Too bad. It WAS a nice shirt. Not repairable. I came here to wash an ivory King size comforter with ZERO stains on it. Just purchased back in March of this year. I get the bright idea that it would be in better care then using my washer and dryer at home so I take it here and it was the Biggest mistake of my life. Washed it, no problem but when I pulled it out from the dryer there were dark brown and black rubber like stains on it. Something went wrong within the machine, etc can't pin point but what I do know is that it was not like that when I brought it in. I told the lady that was working there and she did not express a care in the world. I had to ask her to please rewash and dry to see if it would come out. Stains did not come out and she simply said it was not their problem that the machine ruined my comforter. I cannot express just how angry and disgusted I am by the lack of customer service. I would NEVER treat a customer like this. I would NEVER step foot in this place again. I would not do it. Horrible service. Perfectly good comforter that I spent a couple hundred dollars for is completely ruined by dirty machines that are not kept up with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!!! read more
