When I needed help with my septic flooding Big Red answered my call. It was Wednesday 11:40pm at…read morenight when I called Big Red Septic. I was worried and concerned that I was going to hear the sound of another voicemail machine. Instead, I heard the warm voice of Michele who took my call and worked out a good price. I was so excited and relieved that she answered my call that was so urgent. The previous company I called never responded to me, although they claimed that their business operation was 24 hours. Michele scheduled my appointment for the next business day at 8:30am and provided valuable information to me. Jesse called me that Thursday morning at 7:08am to inform me that he was on his way. Jesse was able to complete the septic drainage by 10:00am and provided indepth explanation of what was happening. Jesse even shared videos with me of what he had observed in the septic tank. It is reassuring to have company like Big Red Septic deliver on their promise. I was very pleased with the services they provided.

But ACE completely changed my perspective through the installation of an ATU water-treatment septic system. I did my homework, and not only was their pricing fair, but the service exceeded my expectations. The quoting team was responsive and on time, permitting was handled quickly, and they made a post-install adjustment promptly and at a very reasonable cost. The installation team, led by Cody, truly went above and beyond. Now we have a system that works reliably and produces much cleaner water with lower nitrate levels. I couldn't be happier. Thank you to everyone at ACE.

Last week, I scheduled a septic tank pumping service with Thomas Kisic Septic Services Llc. The…read moreearliest appointment available was at 8:30 this morning. By 9:30, I called them to check on the status of the service. A young man answered and said he would contact the driver and call me back. A few minutes later, he called to inform me that the driver was waiting on a part to fix the pump system on the truck, and the new estimated arrival time would be around 12:30. At 1:23, I still had not heard from the driver, so I called again and went straight to voicemail. I sent a text since the voicemail indicated that texting was an option, but I received no reply. When I called again at 1:30, my calls continued to go to voicemail. I decided to call from my work number, and they answered on the first ring. The young man again stated that the driver had informed him an hour earlier that he was on his way. I asked him to please verify the situation and call me back with an update. He assured me it would only take two minutes. Ten minutes passed, and there was still no callback. My son then called, and, once again, the young man answered immediately. He informed my son that the driver, who is also the owner, was essentially MIA and not answering his phone. By 3:15 PM, both my son's phone and mine, along with my work number, were going straight to voicemail. Needless to say, I do NOT recommend this company! I am extremely frustrated with the entire situation. They could have easily called me this morning to inform me of the issue and asked to reschedule, but instead, I was left to navigate this on my own.
