If you purchase a monthly package you get the service fees waived which it's like $250. I opted to get the one service package for $265. So worth it, normally the co2 laser alone is like $500 per session at least what I've seen at other places. I came in planning to do a small spot treatment (around $150) to test things out, and was very…read moreupfront during my consultation that I had matting after sclerotherapy and had already undergone multiple laser treatments in California with no results. After evaluating me, they told me they had a laser that could specifically target my matting veins and quoted $500 to treat select areas on both legs. Although this was a big jump from what I initially planned to spend, I agreed based on what sounded like a more specialized and promising approach. However, during the treatment, I immediately had concerns. The laser felt significantly less intense than the IPL and Cynosure treatments I'd previously had, and there was none of the snapping sensation I was used to, something that had typically indicated an effective treatment. What was most surprising and disappointing was the limited treatment area. They only marked off 3-4 small boxes on my legs, whereas prior treatments at a similar price point covered both legs more comprehensively. It felt like the focus was on minimizing effort rather than maximizing results. Unsurprisingly, I saw no improvement. I returned for a follow-up, and they offered to retreat the same areas, again with no results. On my second visit, the provider acknowledged the lack of response and encouraged me to come back a third time to try again. By the third visit, it was clear there was still no progress. After a very brief treatment, I was told (again) to wait a few weeks, and if there were still no results, I could purchase another package. This was after already spending $500 with zero improvement. What was most concerning is that during this process, I was told the laser they had been using is actually more effective for purple veins, not the small red matting veins I have. This was extremely frustrating, given that I had clearly explained my condition from the beginning. Afterward, I consulted with a vein specialist who explained that matting is often very difficult to treat with lasers unless the underlying cause is addressed, something that was never mentioned to me at this med spa. Overall, this experience felt like a costly and avoidable mistake. Had I been given accurate information upfront, I would not have agreed to proceed. Very disappointing.

I usually park in Ala Moana mall by Macy's and there's a bridge that you can take through there to the hotel elevator. Appointments are very hard to secure as this place had gotten very big on social media in the last year or so. You can just go to her Instagram and you can book an appointment through there. My very first appointment with Yujin was about a year ago-- I tried the Korean contouring facial with her and I enjoyed it. She was very thorough and she really took her time with the whole process. It took me a while to reschedule another appointment bc her schedule fills up really quick. I had to wait 6 months to get scheduled for my second appointment. For my second facial with her, I decided to do Korean microneedling with hyaluronic acid and PDRN. Yujin asked her assistant, Kaitlyn, to do everything else except for the microneedling part. And since, they're using a Korean microneedling technique, they didn't do any numbing. I was nervous at first but it actually didn't hurt at all. Yujin also said that she didn't go as deep with the needle this time bc she's not aware how my skin will take it which is understandable. Everything went smooth and my skin looked ok after, no redness either (which sometimes I get when I get microneedling done). They were both very professional and I enjoyed my facial. However, one con that I have is that this facial was very pricey! And I'm not sure if it even improved my skin at all. So it might be just a one time thing for me.
