Never came across a trash can our entire stay, later discovering they were all sitting by the dumpster at the end of the parking lot, which could explain all the garbage lying around. The volleyball pit was in a decayed state with not even a net to play with. The golf course didn't feature any proper golf equipment, just wooden sticks and no golf balls to be found. "Life size pool" is an alright idea I guess, except all the balls were flat and some had gaping holes in them. Weeds and grass are taking over the place, it seems like it hasn't been mowed or sprayed in months, or even years. The guy at the front was barely able to give our rooms to us as he was a couple beers deep and we observed him wandering around drinking and smoking throughout our stay. And this was the only visible employee I saw the entire time we were there. No wonder the resort is such a ramshackle. I didn't take any picture of the room because I thought it was alright. The Yelp description says they provide pans, but we didn't find anything like that in the kitchen. There's a fridge, microwave, sink, a tiny little coffee maker, and a little bit of soap. There were no cups, utensils, plates, or anything. You have to bring everything yourself, it's like camping. The bathroom had no towels or soap in it. To my surprise, though, they had toilet paper at least. The pool and water pad are pretty good, but since it's in the shade it was pretty cold. There is a little playground thing for kids which was really fun, but the rest of the place pretty much ruins everything. To bring all this to a conclusion, this place is ridiculously overpriced for what you get. Maybe it would have been worth it a couple years ago, but now the lack of maintenance has made the place unenjoyable.

The inside has wear and tear, 4 TV's, only the one in the living room worked, the three in each bedroom would not, we contacted swedes office and they sent a guy out but he never came back with the part he said was needed to get them going. Would not recommend, this place needs a lot of TLC. Rented 4-7-9 2018 for daughters wedding.

It seems like this owner has not changed. To jump to the defense and result to insults by calling me/my grandmother sad is no way to run a business. I stand by my review, and I would never recommend this place to anyway. This owner does not have any desire to correct any issue brought her way, and her immediate response is to kick someone out if they disagree or bring up a problem. Save your money! There's plenty of other great places to stay on the peninsula.

They have tons of toys for kids ,items to take to the beach, umbrellas, lounge chairs, etc as well as a fully stocked kitchen, which also had coffee and sugar, having coffee in the morning was amazing and absolutely necessary for this trip. Air conditioning provided more than enough cooling power for the very hot days that we experienced. The weather was incredible and the beaches were amazing. The beach is literally minutes away all of the house furnishings were brand new and everything was very clean. We could not find one bit of dirt in the house, bathrooms were very clean and brand new as well. The beds were comfy and the ceiling fans were an added bonus. This house will sleep easily two families vacationing together with plenty of room to spare. They do not have a golf cart to use, but one can be rented for beach excursions which the kids absolutely loved one of the highlights of the trip. I highly recommend this place for people wanting to get away with you by yourself or with family and friends. ************** Edit - The GPS is going to tell you two ways to get to this location.
