He explained what the treatment would look like and how many appointments I may need. Over the next several visits of acupuncture and tissue massage, I learned that Dr. Charbel is not only a top notch doctor, but also he is a caring, compassionate human being. Other places I have been will do the same things over and over, no matter what you tell them you need and no matter how much or where you hurt. But not this place. They focus solely on where you hurt and help you get better...whether it is through chiropractic, massage, acupuncture, magnosphere/magnetic therapy, ultrasound/STEM technology, etc. The front office staff is also pleasing to work with as well. I never have an issue getting appointments and if I have to change an appointment, they are flexible and work with me. I consider that misleading and believe their advertising and promises about costs were not clear or accurate. I have waited patiently for years trying to get this resolved. In my experience, this practice gave the impression that patient care came first, but the way my billing concerns were handled made me feel that collecting money was the main priority. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this place get every statement about pricing, session length, discounts, insurance, and bill negotiations in writing before agreeing to treatment.
