AVOID IF SENSITIVE TO SMELLS or air pollution or you don't like being belittled. I asked for a room without oil diffusing, because the place stinks and I felt ill from it. The nurse told me that nothing is diffusing but she is what smells because she slathers herself in some oil to disinfect. 1) I like nurses to use proper cleaning techniques 2) the response should have been that she will go wash off or try to wash off the oil. But no. That didn't happen. So I tried to fill out the paperwork but the smell was awful. Then a guy that works there came in and said that it smells great. I said no, it doesn't. He asked what's wrong with me that I don't think it smells good. I said it made me feel sick and my sinuses don't like it. He told the nurse they should "throw her in the sauna." What?! I'm not the problem and I don't need to be thrown anywhere. Your crazy overuse of a concentrated oil is making me ill! I tried to finish the paperwork but I couldn't thing clearly enough to do it. I had to leave. So now I feel awful AND I didn't get a b12 shot. I'm totally disappointed because I'd have liked to use some of their other services but I just felt sick and put down. read more

I recently found out about cryotherapy, and it was a great experience. I had an injury on my leg, and was in a lot of pain; after two sessions, I was able to walk again with minimum discomfort. The staff is really knowledgeable and answer all my questions. I was impressed with the service. They guided me throughout the process and made me feel really comfortable. I have arthritis and am very stiff. After just a few sessions I started feeling much better. I have been going weekly and am sleeping much better at night. My son also went because he had a minor knee injury from football. They did a spot treatment and a full body freeze and after one session he was feeling great. Coaches asked what did you do to him he is moving much better. My son also loves to get the leg compressions. He has done the leg compressions a few times but the last time he was having discomfort after about 10 minutes so they took them off and readjusted after about another 5-6 minutes the pain in his foot was getting worse. They decided to stop the because the pain was getting worse. They got him out of the leg boots and noticed his foot was swollen (found out later he was stepped on during a football game 2 days before) They decided to add a spot treatment to his foot along with whole body freeze and now he feels great. Best part about it because he didn't enjoy the boots and it was causing pain they gave him a free spot treatment on the swollen foot. They are wonderful at recommending and helping you decide what would be best for you and your body! read more

I went to Cryofit last week on a Monday for the first time. I was nervous. Rob made me feel very comfortable and explained the whole freeze process. By Wednesday, I noticed I had more energy, felt better overall. Thursday I went to the Salt room. Later that night I realized I had very little pain. I have chronic shoulder and knee issues. Yes I am hooked. I am going to get frozen again today! Bringing a friend. I will be back to the salt room too. A great gift idea for a friend getting married. This was a very unique experience. I had read about salt caves and rooms/spas online but did not know we had any here in the Milwaukee area. I saw it featured on Groupon and had to try it. I will be back! It is like going to a Himalayan Salt beach! It is a nice relaxing room with salt that you walk across, and in the floors and even in the air. It is like going to the beach but without all the downside. I also got to tour the facility and see what other things they offer. A color sauna for color therapy and cryofit freezing for muscle pain; among other things. I am going to try some of these as this was so interesting and innovative. I purchased 3 sessions of the cryo-facial and spot treatment on Groupon. Their customer service is A+. I called the day before to ask a question and they couldn't pick up since they were with clients. Within 2-3 minutes they were calling me back, knew I had an appointment the next day and took the time to answer questions. Upon arriving, I was impressed with how clean and professional it looked. Greeted immediately and was given a tour (they offer quite a few services). I wish I remembered who did my cryofacial and spot treatment since she was excellent. I thought the cool air felt great and refreshing. My face looked radiant for about 8 hours and the inflammation in my neck and top of shoulder area I selected for the spot treatment was significantly reduced. Definitely going back to try more of the services and to continue with facial and spot treatment when I have an important day, or evening, event. read more
