Where should I start here. First off, I was referred by a local coffee shop as I complained about my low back pain, while on vacation from Texas. This is a great option and environment for pain management, recovery, rejuvenation, and relaxation! For 7 weeks I have been living in pain after my bulged disc put pressure on my left sciatic never and my left leg went completely numb. A massage therapist told me he could help stimulate the left leg but instead he ended up tearing my piriformis and labrum. After 7 weeks of Chiropractic and orthopedic care I have gotten very little improvement. My girlfriend told me to try Cryo850. Reluctantly I went on 8/30 Monday. After just 3 days of Red light therapy, Cryo (whole body and on my leg and lower back), Sauna infrared and compression, the numbness is gone and the pain from torn muscles has gone from a high level of 8 to 2. Our visit to cryo850 Performance and Recovery was hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had with our athletes. Amy invited our entire team over from Mosley High School in Lynn Haven,FL for a recovery day now that we are halfway through our football season. Amy as well as her staff created an experience that I don't think the boys expected at all. They took there time helping the guys recover while giving each person the attention and information they needed. We brought 30+ athletes over and you would have thought there were 2 with the kind of attention they gave them. I couldn't recommend this place enough no matter if your an athlete or want to just have your body feel better. I started going to Cryo850 with a sore back about 18 months ago. The Cryotherepy cold chamber really helped with my back and arthritis inflammation. I also love the red light as it helps with inflammation and skin issues like psoriasis. The owner, Amy, and all of her employees are so friendly and helpful that it soon became "my place". I have a membership and go weekly or more when I can. I also have done the Cryo/collagen/oxygen facials with Hannah and they are amazing. I highly recommend Cryo850 to all my friends and anyone who wants to experience cold therapy and red light. Bonus is how clean the whole facility is all the time. Delighted to find Cryo850 in Destin at City Market Bayside. I like the anti aging benefits of cryotherapy and that it stimulates additional collagen production, which helps my skin look and feel better. The red light therapy treatment is another procedure that I would recommend. I first went in to see what their "Emerald Coast Igloo" was after seeing the sign. Their Cryo chamber is nicknamed the Igloo and is great for reducing inflammation. Their team was patient with my questions and knowledgeable with the different aspects each treatment offers. I've noticed several professional athletes in the studio, doing recovery work, which was impressive to me. I'm looking forward to my next visit and experience with Cryo850 and their team. read more

This is our second year of using the services of Cryo 850. The owner, Amy, has always been very accommodating to our group of snow birds, opening her business early for us. She is very good at explaining the science behind all of these new and innovative treatments, patiently answering all our questions. The rest of the staff--Kelly and Brett--were also wonderful. I never wrote reviews but had to share. Down in Destin on a family vacation. 2 days in had terrible sunburn. I went to Cryo 850 and the relief I received was amazing!!! I did a total of 2 sessions one in the morning and one in the evening. 2 hours after the first session the redness had gone down significantly the pain was gone. Went in for my last session to sure everything up. Cryo 850 literally got rid of my sunburn within hours and I couldn't be more appreciative they literally saved my vacation. I do CrossFit 3x a week and run 3x a week, and I suffered a calf injury a few weeks before running a half marathon. I rested and rehabilitated it as much as possible, but it still wasn't getting much better. With less than a week left I was desperate for a quick recovery, so I decided to try the whole body cryo combined with the local cryo. Wow...I noticed a difference right away! What an awesome experience! The team at Cryo850 are knowledgeable, their equipment is top of the line and their space is amazingly clean! We did the services included in the day pass... IR light therapy, vibration tables, Cryogenic room and leg circulation enhancement ... every station/ therapy was amazing. I went here while I was down on vacation. A friend of mine had went there the week before and recommended it to me. I did not know a lot about cryo-therapy or the other services they offered, but I had heard such good things I had to try it out. I have to say it was amazing. The cryo-chamber was all business and worked as advertised. I also did the compression therapy. I REALLY wanted to try the red light therapy but ran out of time! My boyfriend and I visited Cryo850 yesterday for the first time for the Valentines Day Special. We were both extremely pleased! Not only did we receive a great deal but the staff was absolutely amazing and was extremely good at what they do. I went in with a really bad headache/stiff neck and back and woke up this morning with a clear mind and no more pain in my neck or back. Feeling like I could conquer anything that came my way. While visiting from Ohio for a baseball tournament, my son tweaked his hamstring. I did an online search for an cryo clinic and found CRYO850 and thankfully I did. Amy was unbelievably knowledgeable with helping him. He went into the clinic with an 5/10 on a pain level and after day 3 said he can't believe how much better he feels. I love spending part of my rest and recovery day at @cryo850! They have all sorts of fun stuff to do while you're there and the staff is ready to help you decide what is best for you! Today I did the nitrogen free, full body cryo chamber and the @ntrecovery compression massage. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the compression massage. My legs have always been a trouble spot for me as far as soreness and pain goes. The compression massage really works out those stiff muscles and gets the blood pumping properly again! read more

i found this place in January of 2023. I had a knee injury and my knee was so swollen and painful I found it very painful to walk. I had been told by my Orthopedic that I needed a knee replacement. Within a couple of weeks of starting Cryotherapy, Red Light and compression the swelling went down and I am pain free. A year later I am still pain free and no knee replacement. I have been going to Cryo for three weeks. i was introduced to it by my Yoga Teacher. I had fractured my knee two years ago and was having ongoing problems. I was in constant pain. i had a lot of fluid build up on my knee. I cannot believe how much my knee has improved. I can now bend it. Swelling has gone down completely and have no pain.
