I think cryo is on the verge of being the new "it" thing for health/wealth! The Pink Himalayan Salt service is by appointment only but it has tons of benefits for those of us who suffer with respiratory issues. Especially allergies. My husband and I have been friends with Sam for a number of years and when he mentioned he opened Ain't Life Cool, we had to try it! I have knee issues and my husband has sciatic issue. Sam suggested we try the leg/hip compression boots, cryotherapy , red light therapy and hydro massage therapy. We loved the compression therapy, cryotherapy and hydro massage and in fact returned the following day for another treatment. All of the treatments offered help with blood flow and I felt relief in my knees. I noted less swelling and more flexibility. We will definitely be back.
