We scheduled a couples Swedish massage. Joe was my massage therapist. Joe didn't do all the talking some therapist do, he got right down to it! (Nice job) he worked out all my kinks in my lower back and shoulders, those were special areas I needed work on. Joe worked with such gentle but firm pressure. He also used a massage cream that smelled Amazing! Next to me my husband had a massage done by Alexandra, he also said Alexandra did a great job. I do recommend coming here after long hours on the beach, playing golf or anytime you want to De stress and feel relaxed. Very knowledgeable, great service and oh that pain relief is awesome…read more I first started going to Dr. Z's practice about 3 years ago on a whim when looking for relief while staying at our family's condo in Sandestin. I had been out running and aggravated a long term mid-back injury I've had since I don't remember. Dr. Z was happy to evaluate and get me some relief. I've since been to him a little less than a dozen times for various things while in the Miramar Beach area. While I'm an 'out of towner' he is always quick to schedule and I feel like I'm a local patient. Whether you are a runner, play golf or accidentally fall off your bike and tweak your back while in town, don't hesitate to give Dr. Z a call! Appointment scheduling is easy to do online, and they are easy to get to off of 98 by the Silver Sands outlet. Luckily they are at a light as well which makes getting in and out easy too.
