I have been going to HealthSource of Fort Walton Beach South for a little over a year now. The range of motion I now have in my neck is fantastic. I can turn it all the way to the right or left to look for traffic while driving. I great safety plus factor. Additionally Dr. Sarah has been working on my spine and I'm feeling and seeing great improvement there as well. I have a compressed L4 & L5 which can be quite painful but her adjustments give me a good feeling to my back. Everyone here has an interest in providing you with the best treatment possible so you live and lead a painful life. The staff there is so friendly and courteous. When I go in they remember me by name and always ask about things we had previously discussed, like my grandchildren and their Little League baseball. It's what I can call a friendly place. A pleasure to go to. As Mikey use to say "Try It You'll Like It" read more

I have been coming here for a little over two months I do believe and could not be more satisfied with my treatment! I have gone to my wife's chiropractor appointments with her in the passed at different facilities and they were no where near as thorough or dedicated to helping change a person's quality of life as these people have been. Yes the price is higher than other chiropractic care out there but I have never seen a place that gets so in-depth with there care as this one. Also what is the cost of having a healthy spine and healthy body function to you? To me it has been worth every out of pocket dime I have spent here so far without any insurance coverage ( as of yet. I am currently working on obtaining insurance.) Also! They have some how seemed to stop any headache I have had for the last 2 months which I am extremely grateful for! Thank you guys! Keep up the hard work! read more

My family and I live in ATL and every time we are in Destin visiting family we go see Dr. Shawn Leatherman and Dr. Dave Bak. I personally have seen hundreds of chiropractors in my 40 years and I have never found a chiropractor like them. I am a Neuromuscular Therapist and need my hands to work. I know my body well enough to know when something isn't right. Two weeks ago my wrist was out of place. I saw 3 chiropractor in the past weeks and finally after today my wrist is set back correctly. I see a chiropractor weekly in ATL and it helps, and still both Dr. Leatherman and Dr. Bak adjusted me and my family today and we feel the difference Immediately. It is like night and day Compared to all the other chiropractors that I have seen. I love them both and pray they never stop practicing because I will continue to drive from ATL to get adjusted from both of them. read more

First impressions are lasting impressions! Integrity Chiropractic has two of the most awesome front end receptionists I've met. Both Brandy & Wendy go out of their way to make each patient feel special. They are kind, warm, considerate and extremely professional. Dr. Leatherman and his associate Dr. Schepart are likewise very caring & compassionate about their patients and are determined to correct what ever issue your spine presents them. I have seen many Chiropractors in my lifetime (age 64) the method they use "biophysics" is unique and I have received lasting results. I highly recommend Integrity Chiropractic. If I could them 10 STARS I would. As a bonus they have an awesome full body massage chair in their waiting room that is included in your wellness program no extra charge. As well as a lovely coffee station. I this place!!!! read more

After moving to the area last year we went to see Dr. L at the recommendation of my daughter's dance instructor. He is the 5th chiropractor we have seen during the last 7 years. He is the ONLY chiropractor that provided a full evaluation of her physical health prior to beginning to treat her. From an overall physical to xrays that pinpointed her exact structural problems, we were literally shocked not only with how thorough their initial evaluation was, but the diagnosis they were able to come up with based on that evaluation. We had been searching for answers to some of her problems for years and Dr. L's treatment is the only one we have seen any results for! And to her teenage mind...treatment has improved her posture so much that she is dancing better than ever before! Can't recommend Drs. L and their staff enough! read more

Integrity Chiropractic, place I enjoy going to, Dr Leatherman gets me adjusted properly, there is also a physical therapy and traction sections, I needed for my muscles to get stronger, once I am adjusted these muscles need to learn how to stay in their new position to keep the bones in the right places. On days where the pain is excruciating they have his percussion machine that they'll use in certain areas to help relieve some of the pain and staff tape me up with the flex tape more things are incorporated here to include the entire body, which is what I really like. The staff is absolutely wonderful the receptionist do a great job polite all the time sometimes I come in and I'm not the nicest cause I hurt so bad, and they always have a smile on their faces. One things for sure I always feel better than when I went in. read more

This is not your "ordinary" Chiropractic facility! This is so much more, this is a facility that values healing people (instead of just treating symptoms with pharmaceuticals) & educating people (watch out for this one, because it requires you going home with "exercisIng homework" YES THIS how the recovery process works. I have been a patient of Dr. Leatherman for many years & the amount of knowledge, continuing education & professionalism that he holds is like no others in our area or I would go out on a limb & say in our state! The only "complaint" is that he does not have multiple locations, because I live in Crestview. The staff is AMAZING & the willingness to "fit you in" has been a saving grace for me. Three years ago I received a three-month long treatment to better align my spine to take pressure off of a compressed disc in the lumbar region three years ago. Since then I have been a "wellness" patient receiving biweekly adjustments. Over this time I think that the initial treatment and the wellness adjustments have helped me to improve my running form, and endurance as well as to recover faster from long runs. This past weekend I set a new personal record (PR), i.e., a new fastest time for me, on a 100-mile trail run in Texas. Certainly I had to train, but that training now pays higher dividends than it used to. After just four days since the century run and an adjust by Dr. Bak this afternoon, I feel ready to resume training for my next adventure! Thanks Integrity Chiropractic! read more

Excellent chiropractors at Integrity! And the staff is so helpful and always cheerful! I've been going here for over a year now and they have really helped me physically with wellness adjustments. Recently, I had extreme low back and hip pain. After dealing with it for a few weeks, I came in for an adjustment and that pain was gone and I could walk again without suffering through the pain. I also bring my son here for regular adjustments. He plays football and gets pretty banged up sometimes, but definitely notices a different in how he performs since he's been doing these regular adjustments. Thank you guys for always taking excellent care of me and my son! read more

I've been going to HealthSource for over a year now on a weekly to bi-weekly basis. They've all been so amazing. I had an accident in December of 2015, in which I fractured my back in 4 places and ruptured a disc in my neck, and I've been seeing Dr. Leatherman and their staff ever since. My back feels better than it ever has and I'm confident that with continued care I'll be pain free before the summer starts. When I felt like I was ready to give up on my therapy, the staff was always there to cheer me on and remind me of how far I'd already come. Would recommend them and do recommend them to everyone! read more

Best chiro's I've ever visited. I have been a chiropractic fan for the past 13 years after I was involved in a debilitating car accident which left me with chronic pain. Chiropractic seemed to be the only thing that worked so I have been to many over the years. Dr.'s Leatherman and his/her team have the most amazing and comprehensive chiro office that I have ever visited, and the adjustments are the best I've received. Caring, thorough, intelligent, and all in a modern cutting edge office. Thank you all for the exceptional care. I will be a lifelong patient as long as I live in Fort Walton. read more

Integrity is life-changing. Unlike most chiropractors, Integrity gives you a full x-ray, identifies your true problem areas, and works on those areas, to get your body where it needs to be, instead of over-adjusting a body that may not be ready. Absolutely professional, experienced and fun staff! I went from using a cain multiple times a year, after back spasms, to working out again, and doing yard work, without pain, or the fear of having a setback. If you want your life back, please don't hesitate, and contact Integrity! read more

This office is incredible! The doctors are wonderful and have helped me when other chiropractors couldn't! It has been wonderful to get relief from my pain and symptoms after years of pain. These doctors treat the whole person and don't just focus on one problem. They come up with a whole plan for treatment so there is a goal in sight and not just endless adjustments. Once they helped to fix the main problems I had all I need now is to maintain and not keep searching for answers! Thank you Drs. Leatherman and staff! read more

Dr. Shawn Leatherman is nothing short of a miracle worker! I needed an appointment as I injured my back lifting something entirely too heavy and could barely walk for two days. I was able to get in right away to see Dr.Shawn and 10mins later my back felt fine. I mentioned my elbow had been causing me pain for several months so he adjusted my arm/shoulder and used some massage, rock tape, and spritzed some Cryoderm and that pain was gone too. I don't usually leave reviews but Dr.Shawn deserves 10 stars! read more

The doctors are very personable, provide a detailed and highly technical diagnosis, and explain it in simple and understandable language. Their medical treatment has been exceptionally effective for me and they're communicative throughout. The therapists and administrative staff are extremely friendly, helpful, effective, and thorough. Integrity isn't just in the name, it's their mantra and it's obvious they all live by it. The entire staff is superb! read more

I have been a regular patient at this office for 5 years now. I can honestly say that because of the chiropractic and rehabilitative treatment I received at this facility, my physical health and wellness have improved 100%. I recommend them to all of my family and friends, along with my clients. Following the treatment plan they recommended and continuing to have regular adjustments was one of the best decisions I have ever made regarding my health. read more

I've seen a few chiropractors in my time but never anyone with the kind of experience these folks have as well as the comfort they give you. I travel a lot with work and they have been very flexible with my schedule. Plus, the way I feel now verses the way I felt when I first met them is tremendously different and much needed for me to be able to perform the way I need to on the job and at home. Great people, great service, and great care. read more
