Rather than calmly asking me to clarify or assisting in resolving the issue, the front-desk employee--a large male staff member--became verbally aggressive, yelled at me, and behaved in a threatening manner, as though he was attempting to intimidate or provoke a confrontation. This behavior was completely unprofessional, unacceptable, and made me feel unsafe as a customer. I was treated with hostility for an issue that was not my fault. No customer should ever feel threatened when attempting to pick up an order. Due to this incident, I will not return to this establishment and cannot recommend it, particularly to Black customers who deserve to be treated with respect and safety. I expect this complaint to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
