We recently visited Crust Pizza for the first time, and initially, the experience was great. The young staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, taking the time to explain the menu and recommend popular items. The restaurant itself was very clean, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting--exactly what you'd hope for in a casual dining spot. However, our visit took an unfortunate turn due to how the manager handled our service animal. We brought our dog, who is a trained service animal, and instead of approaching us directly, the manager sent two employees over to question us. The staff were kind and respectful, and we appreciated their professionalism. We answered their questions willingly, knowing they were just doing their job. Things escalated when the employees returned to tell us that the manager had asked us to leave unless we could provide an ID for our service dog. My fiancé went to speak directly with the manager in the back to clarify the situation. When asked why we were being asked to leave, the manager responded that it was because we didn't have identification for the service dog. My fiancé calmly explained that it is not legally required to carry or present any documentation for a service animal, and that asking for it is actually against the law. Rather than acknowledge this, the manager changed her stance, claiming that the dog's presence was a health code violation. She was condescending during the exchange, which was both surprising and disappointing. My fiancé told her that if she truly believed we were in violation of the law, she should call the police--but that we would not leave voluntarily. Eventually, the manager relented, and we stayed. This situation could have been handled much better with a basic understanding of ADA guidelines and a more respectful approach. It was disheartening to see an otherwise wonderful team undermined by poor management. Crust Pizza has a lot going for it--great food, clean facilities, and genuinely kind staff--but serious improvement is needed in how management handles customers with disabilities. We hope they take this as an opportunity to educate themselves and do better moving forward. read more

Heard good comments about the pizza, so stopped in when I was in the area. My friend had a medium 1/2 Tuscany & 1/2 Blanco and thought it was great. I had a cauliflower crust pizza with veggies and Italian sausage and it was delish. The veggies were so fresh and the pizza was not drowned in cheese, it had just the perfect amount. I was pleased that the crust was nicely browned on the bottom. Also, I was taking home a medium pizza 1/2 buffalo & 1/2 Tuscany and the recipient loved it. Best part was there was a manager's special, so the second medium was only $8! Lauren took our order and she was patient and friendly. Orders came out perfect! The dining area was not too crowded, tables spaced to be "Covid" safe and the staff made sure to spray and wipe down the tables after people left. Pizza came out quick and the staff was friendly and checked on us a couple of times. These days, good, friendly service is greatly valued and appreciated! I will come back when in the area. We love the Crust Pizza by our house but we decided to visit the one in Spring since we were in the area. We ordered with the Toast Takeout app since we were on a time crunch, and a few minutes later we got a call from Luis. He said that they did not have any veggie cheese & wanted to see if we still wanted to keep our order. We were blown away by the service & told him to make our pizzas! Upon arrival, we didn't wait long, & ate our yummy cauliflower blanco pizzas with regular cheese!! I am so glad that we visited this location because all of the staff were friendly & attentive! Crust is one of the few places in the Champions area where you can get a cauliflower crust. On top of that, the pizza itself is GREAT! I celebrated my 70th with my family last week and they all LOVED the pizza (we skipped the cauli crust this time). My family is pretty picky about their pizza, so I felt pretty good about my choice and Crust didn't let me down! I went to crust pizza co recently it was great. All the pizza was delicious and hot! They serve wine for 4 dollars a glass which is a great addition to a nice slice of pizza. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have indoor and patio seating which is good! They also do curbside pickup. The prices are awesome for all the food your getting. I went to crust pizza for a meeting and just thought it was an ordinary pizza spot. I decided to look at the menu and became very impressed with the options and decided to order. I ordered an appetizer, pizza, and a pasta to go for later. The food was great and I love that they have other items to choose from besides pizza, especially for someone who may be accompanying you who may not be a fan of pizza. The salads are huge and the Mr PotatoHead pizza is amazing! I'm having this with eggs in the morning if there are leftovers. Might add jalapeños next time. This is a really cool place to dine for pizza! The ambiance is unlike most pizza shops. Quaint with comfortable seating. The patio is a great choice to enjoy with friends and family. Crust pizza near Gleannloch Farms is our very favorite pizza place. Not only is the pizza delicious, but everything else that we've tried is above par. The Caesar salad dressing is the best I've ever had. The greatest benefit is that they offer gluten-free crust and cauliflower crust, which means my grandson can enjoy pizza at a decent price. We get a LARGE Gluten Free pizza (which people who eat GF, know you can't find everywhere), usually the"big buffalo chicken" and are consistently pleased with the exceptional taste and quality. I used the curbside service. The staff came out and delivered my order and all I had to do was tap my card and I was on my way. I didn't have to get out of my vehicle for my order. Showed up with my whole family, 7 of us. The staff was friendly and attentive. The pizza was delicious. The bone in wings were great, and I'm pretty picky about wings. Extremely affordable. If you want a pizza that is traditional but somewhat artisan, this is the place. The pizza is amazing, and the prices aren't too bad for what you get either. It is a very busy place so I highly recommend take out. This restaurant is in a very easily accessible place. It is also the most family friendly location. From the call to the pickup, the process was smooth. My order was correct, and going to pick up my order was easy, because I received a text that it was ready. After I got away, they realized that my pizza wasn't cut as I requested and they called to offer me another. Great customer service and follow through. Pizza was delicious.
