Lots of finger holes in the crust. Pizza was falling apart. A shame, we were looking forward to some pizza tonight.

Still thinking about the white pizza I had last Friday. It was yummy. Scrumptious, in fact. Hit the spot. 10/10. Would go back.

We were looking for a new place to order from as are trying to support as many local restaurants as we can during the Covid Quarantine. We all ordered burgers and they were really quite good. It reminded me of my favorite burger when I was growing up from a neighborhood tavern my parents used to frequent. The burger was pretty thick, made with quality meat and cooked perfectly. The toppings were fresh and just the right amount and the biggest thing for me....toasted bun. I hate being served a hot hamburger on a cold bun. The fries were really good. They arrived a little cold due to the distance but reheated well in the air fryer ( if you don't have one I highly recommend. I use ours strictly for warming up leftovers and take out and its great!) We will definitely order from here again. I'd love to try the pizza but honestly the burger was so good I think I have to have another one before switching it up. read more

The food is always good. I really just wish there was a healthier option for a substitution for french fries. The fries are so delicious don't get me wrong both jersey shore style and the sweet potato fries. I just eat here often enough and wish I could get something else as a healthier option because otherwise I will eat allllll the fries because I can't help it. The buffalo chicken salad is really tasty. The buffalo sauce in general is probably up there as one of my all time favorites. Burgers are fantastic. Every pizza I've had has been delicious except I wasn't a huge fan of the pizza with short rib and Brussels sprouts when I tried it. However it had sat out a little bit and the short rib dried out quickly plus I felt that the onion was extremely undercooked. Overall I definitely recommend! read more

I am disappointed with my current visit to the Larchmont Crust and Fire. The burgers are still pretty good but they have gone up $2, which I understand, but they have also shrunk in size. The fries portion have also decreased. I am not a glutton, but for $50+ dollars for 3 burgers, and oh did I forget to mention onion rings they did not put in my bag, is a bit steep. I do understand mistakes happen and we did call about the missing food. We asked for the missing food to be delivered, which they did within a half an hour. When we received the $7 onion rings, we were still missing the dipping sauce. Although all this happened, the counter and phone help were very kind and helpful. read more

Ordered 4 burgers, 10 wings, and a child's sized chicken fingers. Waited an hour ( as told when placing order at 6:00) only to receive with one burger missing. When I called, was told option was a credit for a future purchase or they would deliver missing sandwich. As this was first time I was ordering from this restaurant I was not comfortable with the future credit. I asked for a refund to the charge card I used and the company said no. They delivered the missing sandwich about 55 minutes later; just about 8:00. We were done eating. Disappointed as people we were eating with told us that they also had a missing item when they ordered last week and had the same options. This indicates a problem with managements concern for the customer. Burgers were ok, fries were slightly warm, chicken fingers slightly warm. Nothing great and not worth the hassle. I wonder what the late burger will taste like for lunch today? Not optimistic. read more

Our new pizza spot for sure!! The rustic traditional pizza is so AMAZING, I order it and it gone within minutes of delivery. I have NEVER eaten the crust EVER and I'm the person grabbing my partners crust at the end of the meal. That crunch followed by the soft fluffy center is A++. I've heard about Crust N Fire through the grapevine, and when I saw it on Groupon I decided to give it a try. What better day than National Pizza Day? To use the Groupon we had to eat in. They have about 10 tables, some regular some high top. The place was bustling on a Saturday night, both with people dining in and coming in to pick up orders. The delivery people were also in and out frequently. We ordered at the counter and they brought us our food. When she rung me up I was a bit surprised by the price at first. Seemed expensive for a pizza dinner. We went with two 12" pizzas, crab fries, and 2 drinks (~$40). I decided the price could be justified if the pizza was great. Unfortunately that was not the case. Since they were super busy tonight I can't be sure if that affected the quality or if it is always subpar. The crab fries came out first. They are large cut and come with a side of cheese. No complaints, but probably wouldn't order them again. The pizzas: buffalo chicken and short rib. The buffalo chicken was okay. The buffalo sauce was a little bit on the sweet side. The crust was super bland. But compared to the short rib it was a million times better. The short rib pizza comes with "braised short rib meat, fontina cheese, Brussels sprouts, caramelized onions". When I say it was flavorless, I mean ZERO seasoning on the meat or veggies. The short rib might have been steak-umz. The Brussels sprouts and onion were almost raw and completely unseasoned. The ratio of toppings to crust was also about 50/50. I had to add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flake to make it edible. We stopped after one slice each and decided to take it home so that I can fix it up and make it taste good. We were so disappointed. Based on our experience I don't feel like I will be returning. I already have pizza places that I'm happy with, so there's nothing drawing me back here. read more

I've never eaten here before, but the menu looked appealing. My husband likes to try new things and they had some really unique pizzas. He got the General Tso's Pizza and loved it. I was really tired of eating junk food and really wanted a salad. I got the shrimp Caesar salad, but have never been impressed by salads from pizza restaurants so I wasn't expecting much. It was one of the best things I've ever eaten. The shrimp were huge, plentiful, and grilled perfectly. The addition of pistachios was delicious. And the tomatoes were grilled and seasoned perfectly. I work at a salon nearby and we decided to order lunch from here today. Ordering for a group with lots of different dietary restrictions is always a challenge and these guys nailed it. There was something for everyone. We ordered a gluten free pie, a couple cauliflower crust pies, salad, soup. Everything was amazing. Delivery was quick and the driver was friendly. Overall decent experience ordering delivery from here. We ordered crab fries, Cobb burger, and the seared tuna salad. Crab fries had great taste, but had a thick cut, unlike the authentic thinner cut wrinkly kind. The Cobb burger was probably the best things we ordered. It was big and juicy, with tasty house sauce. The salad was also good, but instead of pine nuts, they put peanuts on it. Kinda gross with peanuts on the salad. I hope that they figure out the difference. read more

I used to recommend Crust and Fire all the time untill recently....They used to have the biggest juiciest burgers. Just as if you cooked them on your backyard gril. If you chose not to have the fries you got an option for a side salad which was delicious and fresh. If you had a problem with your burger you just call and they would be happy to mk you another or give you a full credit for another burger. Well all that has changed. Now there is no side salad option even if you offer to pay an upcharge with no fries. Burgers are very thin dried out and stale rolls. Customer service is not as it used to be. We used to Love there burgers and salad. Used to be a special treat. But things have changed so much. I will no longer recommend them or place an order. It's such a same. read more

We have ordered 2x from them- take out. The first time, The General Tso pizza did not have the almond slices on it. No big deal as the pizza was still amazing if you like spicy. The whiskey burger, ordered well done was not cooked through/evenly- very pink in areas and well in others. A bit if almost raw as well. We just cooked the burger a few minutes in the oven. Ordered same thing last night. Gen Tso pizza was perfect and so good! Again the whiskey Burger was not well done and was very pink throughout it. I again cooked it in my own oven. I rarely leave reviews but this is my new fave place. Its not your typical greasy pizza place. They actually have some healthy options...and get this- the healthy options actually taste good. *gasp* I dined in when they were just 3 days old and the decor is eye-catching but not distracting. More importantly, the food is PHENOMENAL. I order takeout about once (sometimes twice...oops) a week. I have not had a bad meal yet. I'm working on trying different things on the menu but I have a few staples already- their hand cut Jersey fries, the mild wings, and the crust and fire bowl. Be very careful with this place, especially for online orders. I called on 6/4 to place a pickup order but could not get through. Decided to place the order online. Drove from Burlington to Mt. Laurel. When I arrived there was a sign on the door advising the place was closed due to a power outage. Curiously, all the interior lights were working and two other stores in the strip were lighted and open at 7 PM. I called to check on my order since I never received a reply advising there was a problem. Tried twice but could only leave a message. Sat for another 15 minutes hoping someone would show up and let me know about my order. Never did receive a return call. Returned home to Burlington. Just received my credit card statement only to find they charged me for a meal I never had. HORRIBLE. When I called to complain a woman, who would not provide her name, just "Counter Girl", was familiar with the entire situation. I was told the operation had moved to their other location in Medford, yet no one thought to tell me about that. I questioned how it was possible for my food order never to be processed but the following day my credit card was charged. Mistake - was the provided answer. I was told a credit would be applied but the entire situation was POORLY handled. Still the place managed the following day to bill the credit card for an imaginary meal. Evidently billing is more important than routine customer service. RIDICULOUS. read more

Like woah on the burgers. So nice to have takeout burgers that come with fries and are fancy. Truffle oil fancy. Cooked perfectly to my specification and very fresh. Dad ordered a regular pizza a few days later and was blown away. Disappointed they don't have pasta dishes, but can't wait to try more. Love the pizza here and also like the power bowl and salads. Try the cauliflower pizza if you want something a little healthier for you. This place is more of a take out/delivery spot, if you do eat here expect to see a lot on people coming and going and strong coal fire smells. The stag is friendly and they are pretty quick on take out orders. Their hot wings are probably in my top 10 all time so give them a try if your brave enough. read more

Horrible customer service. Forgot half the order and made you feel like you had the problem.

Although the food was good , the delivery wasn't and their response to the delivery mishap wasn't great. The delivery person delivered to the wrong address and the store insisted on sending the driver to show us where he delivered the food , he showed up with the food an hour after it had sat out at the wrong address. I had to ask for a fresh order to be made and felt like they were very defensive about their delivery drivers mistake. read more

Tried this place after receiving a menu in the mail...very disappointed...ordered a brick oven pizza with grilled chicken and carmelized onions fresh tomatoes and cheese medallions...what I received was burnt, raw onions, a few tomatoes and a few cheese medalions...very disappointing. We also tried their wings...run away...nasty frozen NOT fresh breaded/coated small wings that weren't even equally coated with sauce of choice. My wife and I have ordered delivery from here alot, and they are excellent when they get it right, but lately there have been many mistakes: wrong order delivered (caught the delivery driver just in time at least), fries and/or wings obviously not fresh, pay extra for ranch and only get blue cheese and vice versa (wings normally come with blue cheese only, no ranch), ordered takeout and they ended up delivering it, and just today they did not give any fries with the burger ordered (fries are included with burgers as stated on their menu). However, delivery is usually very quick, and the food is delicious when they get the order right. Our favorites are the cobb burger, simple burger, and parma pizza. read more
