That said, its definently showing its age as machines are needing some TLC (broken seats, oil/grease is needed on some moving parts etc.), several lights are out, instances of black mold growing in the ceiling tiles on the 2nd level, no dedicated stretching zone like other gyms and small locker rooms. My biggest gripe is the wifi. Its abysmally slow and half the time if you're trying to stream Apple music, just forget it. At the main wifi acceptance page you can see that the copyright is 2018. If thats any indicator of how old the access points are, its time to upgrade. I like to watch a youtube video while I'm on the treadmill and 90% of the time its next to impossible. Please consider upgrading your wifi! Other than that, the staff do a good job of keeping the areas as clean as can be expected. Great place to work out, it just needs a few items to make it spectacular!

It's something better--it's a supportive, tight-knit community of fitness enthusiasts who show up for each other every day and push through an intense 45-minute to 1-hour session together. The trainers aren't celebrity icons, but that's the best part. They're real, down-to-earth people who are incredibly fit and deeply knowledgeable about what they do. They motivate, guide, and genuinely care about your progress. If you live in or around the area, joining Stage 3 is honestly a no-brainer. I've got a hectic work life, and this place has become my sanctuary. It's the one hour of the day where I can disconnect, challenge myself, and feel grounded. Big thumbs up from me. Without any prior experience, I found myself comfortably swinging around old school russian-style kettlebells and deadlifting free weights. He provides flexible workout plans. We began a dual-person training program that enabled us to work almost one on one with Scott while not struggling with the cost of two separate personal training programs. He really knows what he is doing. When we started, I was very out of shape with knee and back problems. After a few months, my wife became pregnant. Even though they were busy building out the equipment and laying the flooring, they stopped to talk to me and invite me back for class once they were ready to go. During my first class, the coach pointed out several improvements in my form that my previous coaches had never recognized. I knew right then that this was going to be the change I needed to take my fitness to the next level. I dropped my previous gym and signed up with CFC and it has been the best year in my personal fitness. We have a phenomenal group of coaches (Mike, Andres, Justin and others) and are led by an amazing head coach, Steve Lewter. These coaches don't just teach but are CrossFit athletes as well. One thing I've noticed is that the facility is constantly undergoing renovations. Since the beginning of this year, they have renovated the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and men's locker room, and now the women's locker room is being updated as well. While it's good to see continuous improvements, the ongoing construction can sometimes feel inconvenient and is a reminder that the facility is aging. My experiences with the staff have been mixed. Some employees are friendly and helpful, while others come across as less welcoming. One incident in particular left a disappointing impression. I accidentally left my phone at the Life Cafe table and realized it after I had already left the gym. When I returned, a young staff member asked to see my membership card. I explained that my membership information was on the phone I had left inside, but despite the obvious situation, he refused to let me enter without an ID. Even after explaining multiple times that I was simply trying to retrieve my phone, he continued insisting on identification. It felt like common sense and flexibility were missing in that moment. Another concern is the membership cost. I currently pay more than $180 per month, which is quite expensive. At that price point, I believe members naturally expect not only quality facilities but also consistently professional and understanding customer service. Despite these frustrations, I still appreciate the convenience of the location and the overall amenities the gym provides.

Unfortunately, the courts are unavailable Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM throughout the summer due to camp activities, yet members are still paying full membership rates with no discount or accommodation offered. For members who use the courts regularly, this removes a major part of what we're paying for. It feels unfair to eliminate access to a key amenity for an extended period while continuing to charge full price. I understand businesses want to run summer programs, but this situation seems focused on generating additional revenue at the expense of paying members. I raised these concerns with management and was told, "Sorry, nothing we can do." That response was disappointing and felt dismissive. For a gym at this price point, I expected better communication, better planning, or some effort to make things right for affected members. This was handled poorly.
