I am appalled by the awful service. The rude attitudes coming from the employees was disgraceful. They had a tiny dog in the hands of one of the employees;dogs should not be allowed in the gym! I have been coming here from the first day it opened. Crunch is a very clean fitness center. The changing areas are always clean, smell good ,and kept up. There is no noise in the main workout area. To be totally honest.Some of the people who work the desk need a lot of work. First impressions mean everything. Emailed managers email last month to cancel subscription over email like I was told on phone. Told several days later after they charged me again that I have to come in to cancel. I moved away and haven't been to gym in 9 months. Just got charged again. Commented on Facebook about issue and they deleted my comments. Sorry management taking advantage of me after being a paying customer for 2 years. Well, when I walked in, I went to check in and was utterly taken aback by the presence of the rude employee's little dog. I could not believe my eyes seeing such a health hazard in the place I look to for solace. This deeply troubled me and I think this issue should be looked into. Also, I think the employees should take to being a little more amiable. read more

From my Google Maps review: Another update: I came into their location in good faith after emailing Rachel Hobbs, one of the owners. She denied they had phone issues, the fact I've been wrong information, and had a lot of difficulty reaching her when I came in person as she was busy in spin classes. She was extremely rude, condescending, and downright insulting to me in person as well. I do not recommend this location, and definitely do not recommend dealing with Rachel. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! Update: Lack of working phones to allow you to call for weeks, lack of customer service skills and a website that doesn't allow you to do squat is very off-putting. I liked it initially, but they really need to fix their customer service side of things before I'll consider going again. They also charge you without an explanation unless you physically go in or are able to somehow get them on the phone. I use a search called Privacy to control charges to my bank account. They tried charging more than allowed, declined, added a $15 late fee a day later before sending me an email to let me know to avoid late fees to update payment method. As many others have said, their customer service and billing needs a lot of improvement. So far so good! Jeremy gave me a tour and I signed up for the top package. They have locations all over Florida where I go often such as Tampa, Orlando, and Brevard. Definitely cleaner than the purple place down the road and better facilities. Their guest access is also much better, and they have wider hours for classes and even child care! read more

I would totally give 5 stars to the classes and equipment! Only reason I gave it 4 was the tanning and overall sanitation of the gym. The tanning beds are clean on your own which is gross especially when a pandemic is occurring. The cleaner they use isn't a disinfectant. Also the spray tan booths are soaking wet when you go in. Which is not right. As someone who used to work in a tanning salon I know how those are supposed to be clean and ran and they just aren't. So would totally recommend bringing your own disinfectant!! read more

I signed up for a free trial membership in April. I went online and sent in a request to cancel it. I'm guessing they never received it because this past Friday they took close to $200 out of my bank account unauthorized. I only used the gym 2 times before I cancelled it. I contacted the gym, the corporate office and their finance company and was pretty much told "too bad there's nothing we can do" they took our money that was suppose to be spent on my kids. There's no way this can happen. I am super disappointed in how I was treated by the staff I called up there numerous times to talk to the manager and she completely avoided talking to me. Will not be going back and I will definitely be warning people not to use Crunch Fitness. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! read more

Too many cardio machines, not enough barbell equipment. I guess you get what you pay for, but I can't even do a workout during the day.

First time ever coming here but definitely won't be the last. Staff is extremely friendly, professional and situationally aware of everything in the gym so based off your needs they'll point you straight to the area you need. It's clean, well kept and has something for everyone. It's wide open and well ventilated so there's zero body odor smells from close quarters. Most importantly Prices and equipment are on point so you get more bang for your buck! Shout out to Mary at the front desk for the tour and all the info provided. I love it and will be back for sure. read more
