The tanning beds are clean on your own which is gross especially when a pandemic is occurring. The cleaner they use isn't a disinfectant. Also the spray tan booths are soaking wet when you go in. Which is not right. As someone who used to work in a tanning salon I know how those are supposed to be clean and ran and they just aren't. So would totally recommend bringing your own disinfectant!!

The employees tried to help us cancel our account, but the managers refuse to be reasonable people who will acknowledge a glaring lack of capacity. SO here we are, playing a game where the site attempts to charge us for something we should not be charged for and the company attempts to string us along for longer than we should be strung along. We went in on 26JUL26 and told Colby, the front desk associate that we wanted to cancel our membership. After a discussion that was less heated than this comment, he said he knew how to cancel but was told only a manager is ALLOWED to cancel. I asked for a manager so we could get the account canceled and of course no one was working. I am traveling for work next week and this week my wife and I are both full time employees. Of course managers are not available after regular business hours, of which our work is too far. So here we are, paying for a membership we should be allowed to cancel online since it was set up online and the LEGAL stuff is listed AFTER you pay... so we didn't even have the option to get out before it was too late. If there is a lawyer who is willing to take on a class action lawsuit I promise more people than us have been falsely charged or held under ransom to get an extra penny or 3000...

First of all, I do not know if you will find a more reasonable price. It is $40 a month, $10 a week, or $5 a day. The first time I thought about trying Living Well, they gave me a free day to try it out. They do offer discounts to those who work or volunteer at the hospital. There is no mandatory contract to sign. But if you sign a 6 month contract, you save $10 a month. So the 6 month contract is $30 a month and comes out to be $180 for 6 months. The biggest need I was looking for in a gym was a class with a social aspect to it as well as receive instruction for my workout. There are classes throughout the day and a good variety. I love going to the High Intensity classes in the afternoon. Those classes are called Power Strength - a mix of lifting weights and cardio that focuses on specific muscle groups, Muscle Confusion - a random workout with variety, Ab Blaster - a circuit of Ab exercises, Power Pilates, and Zumba. There are other classes during the day that seem to focus on the elderly. My instructors like to have a some fun and are willing to show you the correct forms of exercise. If you do not want the class, there are plenty of weight and cardio machines in the gym. There is also 24 hour access, if you sign a contract or become a member. There are showers and lockers in the restrooms. Living Well is located beside the Southeast Alabama Medical Center, which is about 15 minutes away from my house. I am glad I chose Living Well Fitness to meet my fitness needs and look forward to my work-out every time I walk in.

There were 20 plus kids goofing off, horse playing, not wiping down equipment after use, and not re-racking the weights. They were screaming and yelling the whole entire time. Kids who are under 18 should have an adult there to chaperone them. This is unacceptable. When I went to ask the team member who already warned them, he stated they can only warn them once per day before kicking them out.

The cost of a personal trainer would've probably been more. I'm coming up on almost a month now and already seeing results. The staff are amazing (5 stars to them) they motivate without being intimidating and they are knowledgeable about fitness & nutrition. Each visit to Orange Theory is time well spent, I show up for an hour of fitness and that is what I get, no aimless walking around waiting for equipment or time wasted. Each workout is different so I haven't gotten bored. Getting motivated has always been my issue and Orange Theory has helped with that.

I was trying to find a place in the area that offered yoga and I happened to stumble across this place. I took my daughter in on Tuesday and today for the older kid's Zumba classes and she has enjoyed it so much! The instructor is high spirited and keeps her focused. They seem to be just starting out though so I feel like I need to spread the message because I want to see them succeed. I really think the place can be a huge asset to Enterprise but also I selfishly want them to do well so we can continue to go there. They offer pilates, yoga, self defense, zumba, kick boxing, and belly dancing. They also offer after-school Zumba classes for different groups of school age children and a tot yoga class on Tuesdays (during the day). The prices are really great if you get the punch card. My daughter and I could attend a class every week for what I used to spend on her attending one dance class a week at another Enterprise studio (which she didn't even enjoy - and which was a tense setting). My kid can't wait to go back. It's really helped her to blow off some energy after being stuck behind a desk all day and it keeps her out of the front of the tv. I plan on trying out some of the grown up classes next week.
