I was trying to find a place in the area that offered yoga and I happened to stumble across this place. I took my daughter in on Tuesday and today for the older kid's Zumba classes and she has enjoyed it so much! The instructor is high spirited and keeps her focused. They seem to be just starting out though so I feel like I need to spread the message because I want to see them succeed. I really think the place can be a huge asset to Enterprise but also I selfishly want them to do well so we can continue to go there. They offer pilates, yoga, self defense, zumba, kick boxing, and belly dancing. They also offer after-school Zumba classes for different groups of school age children and a tot yoga class on Tuesdays (during the day). The prices are really great if you get the punch card. My daughter and I could attend a class every week for what I used to spend on her attending one dance class a week at another Enterprise studio (which she didn't even enjoy - and which was a tense setting). My kid can't wait to go back. It's really helped her to blow off some energy after being stuck behind a desk all day and it keeps her out of the front of the tv. I said why not give it a try I walked into Grateful Heard Studio in Crestview. It felt so welcoming I met Gracie and she was so nice she helped me get started. The class was so good she gave tips and advice. The classes vary in experience level I'm a 0 level I do 3 to 4 1 hour classes a week. I could go on & on. The bottom line Yoga was exactly what I needed. Walking is good but Yoga works my mind and my body. I started feeling stronger, my last 10 lbs fell off, and my energy level skyrocketed. The money is at least 30% less than competing "bjj" gyms and you don't have to carry a planet fitness membership too. If you compete in combat sports this is the place you need to join. You can have a serious fight camp here. They have top lvl bjj competitors, Muay Thai fighters, mma fighters as regulars so if you do want to compete they really get you prepared.

It's great cause if you're looking for certain weights they were prob taken back there by idiots and left so good luck trying to get to them at 0200 or any other time. They take everything back there and never bring them back to the open area. So you're really paying to get the weights you need cause the staff will refuse to go back there and get them for you. Weights are a mess, equipment waits to be replaced for about 6mths and they refuse to get or replace equipment that is legit FALLING APART! I'd rather drive all the way back to base and waste gas then go to this crap of a gym. I could provide a better gym in my garage than this place.

They continued to charge me an additional 2 months after that because although I requested the cancellation in writing, they needed a specific form to be completed. BS! Not a good business practice. Don't get swindled by them.
