Classes are small, 4 poles, so 3 students per class. This makes it more of a one on one experience, you become really close with the instructor and fellow pole mate. I love the structure of the class: warm up, pole conditioning, floor work out, learn and practice moves, freestyle at the end. This facility offers more such as: black Light twerk and tone, hip hop cardio, burlesque, pilates, sexy flex and more like girly get togethers. Referred here by FH's co worker the handsome one and I decide to give dance lessons another shot. Walking in, this place is huge. Large dance floor, and tons of tables with seating. They offer complimentary drinks, and everyone is really nice. Although a couple people shook my hand with the left hand, and it really threw me through a loop. The music is LOUD, and the best way to describe it is schizophonic. Random music will play no matter what dance you are learning. SO- you might be learning swing, and tango comes on. Might be learning ballroom, and waltz comes on. Its really bizarre, and LOUD. I don't know how much dance lessons are supposed to cost, but we were quoted $74 pay as you go. Apparently there is a hefty discount if you buy packages of 6 lessons at a time. With my hectic work schedule and the way we travel there is no way we could commit to a package. $400 a month learn to dance? It seems like a bit much. I only pay $55 a month for twice a week pilates. Bottom line, nice folks, and huge facility. It want to learn to dance, this could be the place for you. But be ready to pony up the cash.
