Great cookies! I love the Strawberry Crunch cookie and the employees are always nice and serve you fast.

My sister called in advance to ask if I could pick up the cookies for our mother, for Mother's Day. I walked in, the woman working behind the counter had zero sense of urgency and continued to make orders for guests that had arrived after me, and ordered in store. I told her I was there for pick up order and gave the name. She continue to make orders for guest arriving and ordering in store without preparing or giving me the order I was there for. I waited for 15 minutes and then told her I would send my sister back to get the cookies. I asked her what was the purpose of placing an order in advance if when you arrived, you were not priority. She told me I did not push the arrived button for the order and that's why she didn't make mine even after explaining my situation. She then proceeded to roll her eyes at me. Experience: stopped by while we were waiting for the Greek food order to finish next door. It was around 2:00 on a Thursday. Facility: Just like all Crumbl's, the interior is always spotless and smells amazing!!! This one is located in a strip mall. Lost of good things all around too! Service: We were greeted by everyone as they usually do. And the service was quick, friendly and fun! Food: I got the 6 pack for my grandmother, but stole the cheesecake for myself. I got my grandmother the chocolate chip, peanut butter chocolate, waffle, spiced white chocolate and the smores. She liked them, but didn't give me specific favorites. She froze some for later too. This location is always out of stock on the main dessert for the week. I've drove here 3 weeks in a row, only to find out the dessert I wanted was out of stock. That is why I am giving them 3 stars. They accept your order and take your money, then don't have the cookies to fill the orders. This day they did not have 4 of the 7 cookies. When you ask for a refund they say the only way to get a refund is to email the store. What?? When you email the store you don't get a reply. This place should be shut down. read more

There's a lot to unpack here... Our family stopped in on Saturday night. The line was out the door and the inside was packed like sardines. Only one kiosk was working, no cashier on the register and the other kiosk was 'out of order.' The customer ahead of us was not tech-savvy (also indecisive) which was frustrating. I placed my order with no issue using first AND last name as it was auto generated on the kiosk from using a credit card (this is important). We left and waited outside as the inside was chaotic. A staff member even scolded a customer for holding open the door. The line continued to grow out the door and towards the road so we sat down on chairs next door. We did notice a staff member coming outside with orders and calling names, so we safely assumed that would happen when our order was ready. 40 minutes later we were still patiently waiting. I noticed a customer get her order and that person had DEFINETLY placed hers some time after ours. I went inside to check on the order status and had a difficult time getting the attention of a staff member, most who did not want to make eye contact or interact with customers. Finally I got a staff members attention and asked for an update. She went through a screen on the wall and couldn't find our name. Without saying anything she walked away and went to the back of the store to drink her water bottle. I watched the entire thing. I had to raise my voice and said "Excuse Me" loudly to get the attention of another employee who appeared startled. She checked the screen for our order and could not find it. Within a few minutes, someone else's order was presented to us. I said "no, this is not correct" and the employee took that box away and came back with another which we checked and was right. These cookies are absolutely fantastic and some of the best I've ever had, but the customer service is completely absent. The staff desperately needs a manager and someone to direct customers outside after ordering. I'm convinced our order was given to someone with the same first name, but we'll never know (even though our FIRST AND LAST name were indicated at the kiosk). read more

First time using he app to order curbside we ordered an assortment and when we got there they brought out a box with all the same cookies and said that's all they had... we were disappointed but nothing we could do. Placed an order online for pick up 24 hours in advance because there's always a line and this place always sells out. Showed up at my pick up time and ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes for them to get it together and ready to go. They had 24 hours and 25 mins to get it ready and still couldn't have it ready on time. The cookies are mediocre at best. The icing is legit but who wants to pay that price for a mediocre cookie with good icing?! We got there really early so we walked right in. We were greeted with a smirk and told "she'll help you" while pointing to someone else and walking off." The person that did help us was nice. When you think a review deserves a 4.5 do you round up or down? For this review I rounded up and I'll explain why. Now many of you may have seen the lines wrapped around this cookie place and many other of these cookie places where ever the locations are they all seem to be extremely popular. I personally don't have the patience to stand in a line for food I usually am already at the verge of hangry when getting said food. So being that I had an appointment early in the morning around the corner from the new Viera crumble cookie I happen to be right by the destination when they first opened and there was not one soul there to purchase cookies, lucky me. My first impression I walk in and it's very bright which would normally give off the indication that the place was very clean. Behind the counter they had work stations and there was a gang of people in there working I don't know how they weren't stumbling over each other it was so many people. I walked up to the counter I was greeted very nicely on the right hand side they had devices that you could order on your own or you can go up to the counter and place your order. At the counter they had an example platter of all the cookies that they had available, they have a rotating weekly menu with five new cookies each week and the chocolate chip cookie is always on the menu. I sadly purchased three chocolate chip cookies and then I purchased three of the other flavored cookies. I say sadly because the chocolate chip was my least favorite cookie of all the cookies that I tasted. When I say least likely I actually mean that I would never purchase another chocolate chip cookie from there again. HOWEVER, the other flavors, oatmeal, cinnamon bun and a blueberry cookie were AAAAAAAAmazing! Not quite stand in line for hours amazing but amazing none the less. Now while I was waiting and looking around I wasn't impressed with some simple cleaning like the corners of the floor. But overall a solid 4.5 Oh and the cookies are served warm all the time!!! I ordered 4 pack it was the sea salt toffee week. I got 2 sea salt and 2 other cookies but hell, the sea salt was so salty after 1 bite I know I couldn't handle the rest. I got my cookies on Saturday night but the problem is I didn't all try the cookies on Saturday. I was trying to have one per day but after calling Crumbl on Monday morning, at first a girl answered the calls and said they don't have any sea salt cause its a new week so she told me to come to the store and tell them my name so they could replace the two cookies. 5 minutes later the same girl called me back ( very rude with idgaf attitude) and said she cannot give me the cookies, if I want them I have to buy them. OMG cookies are 5$ each, it's not cheap. If you make a mistake at least do something about it. Overalls customer service is a joke here just don't expect anything. read more
