Stopped here to see what all the hype was about. Only one other customer ahead of us. One person in back frosting cookies and an older man who appeared to be the manager training a young woman. We approached the counter and was told that young woman this was our first time, how does it all work? She points to 8 different cookies and asks which ones we wanted. We choose 4 ($13 +tx). Not friendly at all. Gets our order, never mentions that they need to be reheated - they were pretty cold - or tells us if they need to be refrigerated. I think they are closing.... read more

Ordered pick up via internet and was flabbergasted on being charged a 2.00 tip. Why as I wasn't served at a table? This tip requirement has gotten out of hand. This is the worst establishment in this town. 1. Employees just stare at you blankly instead of greeting you or taking your order. 2. They are out of cookies daily by 5 PM, don't they close at 10 PM? One time we went there at 5 PM and they were out of all except one cookie flavor. 3. Worst customer service. I mean, I guess it is what it is when it comes to Crumbl? We all kind of know we're going to get a cookie that is half baked and raw in the center. There's a difference between being a gooey cookie and being a not fully cooked cookie and Crumbl lends itself to the latter. What is killing me about this store is how absolutely disgusting the customer area is. The floor is AWFUL. I was in the store at 9:00am so it's not like it's had all day to get gross so that just means the floor is disgusting all the time. It hadn't been swept let alone mopped. In the corners, and along the wall, there is a built up grime layer that is clearly visible to the eye (and no this is not the grout, this is built up grossness). I'm also pretty grossed out about the girls working not having their hair pulled back. Most of them were wearing beanies with their front pieces pulled out and just dangling over the cookie dough they were working on. Normally I've never had a bad experience here, I've always been over the moon about their cookies! I visited today around 7:50 and got a s'mores cookie. The girl ripped it off the pan, shoved it in a box and practically threw it at me. Normally they ask me if the cookie looks good and if I'm happy with it before I leave but I didn't even get a chance to get a word in before she rushed back. I'm sure the environment is a busy one but I felt really unwelcome and I am unlikely to return after this. read more

As I walk in, there is a gentleman using the self-checkout, and the other self-checkout is out-of-order. I walk to the counter to place my order.I just get awkward stares with no greeting. There are approximately 5-6 people working. One employee is working right next to the cashier stand without ever addressing me. Five minutes go by and nothing. Multiple workers walking to and fro with not so much as a "I'll be with you in a second sir." The store is filling up at this point, so I decided to leave. Sadly, if the workers were mostly young teenagers I could understand as they haven't been working long. This wasn't the case. I wish this location could operate more efficiently. This is the third time I've placed a catering order three days in advance for a 10AM pickup and I've had to stand and wait until past 11AM to get my order. This is even with calling the day before to CONFIRM the 10AM pickup. Third time is shame on me for even trying again. read more

The only reason I'm leaving 3 versus 1 star is the cookies themselves. Otherwise, my review is location specific. The employees lack any striving for excellence and the fact that the app automatically inserts a tip is appalling. The service is really lacking. Every time I pick up my cookies (which again, is all that's good-the actual product) they ask "does everything look good?" But the one time I finally spoke up and said actually, no, can you put more icing on it? The employee said *with no emotion or care* that she's not allowed. I said I wanted it to look like the example (the icing was much more robust and to the edge on the example-not so with my cookie). Did an online order to ensure I received all of the cookies that I wanted, when I arrived for my order later in the day, I was informed that one of the cookies I wanted was not available-this particular cookie cost extra. I was not offered the difference back. I was only offered to change it to one of the cookies they had available-this happened all week long when I was trying to get the tiramisu cookie, I can only recommend that you show up in person first thing in the morning to get the cookie selection that you want-ordering ahead of time clearly makes no difference and you might even be out some money like me. read more

Terrible customer service. I placed an order over an hour before I picked it up. I DROVE AN HOUR to pick up my order. When I walked just, I was told that they just sold the last cookie that was in my order. How did you sell a cookie that I had already paid for?????? Absolute trash business practice. That cookie should have been set aside waiting for me. That's the whole point of ordering ahead. I really wanted a taste of home. It's not like there's a Cuban bakery around or a Publix that I can walk into and get guava pastries anytime I want.
