Pretty good kids love all the different flavors. Some are just a little too sweet for me

Crumbl Cookies Never Miss! Crumbl Cookies is one of those places you walk into thinking you'll grab just one treat... and then suddenly you're walking out with a whole pink box because everything looks too good to pass up. Every cookie is huge, warm, and packed with flavor, and the rotating menu keeps things exciting week after week. The best part is how each cookie tastes like its own little dessert experience -- soft centers, crispy edges, and toppings that make them feel extra special. Whether it's a classic chocolate chip or one of their wild weekly creations, everything is rich, indulgent, and honestly kind of addictive. This go around our favorite was the dubai chocolate cookie. SOOOOO GOOD! The shop itself is always clean and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and quick, even when the line gets long. You can tell they take pride in getting those cookies out fresh! If you've never tried Crumbl, go ahead and treat yourself. It's the kind of place that turns a simple cookie run into a full-on moment of joy. read more

Stopped here to see what all the hype was about. Only one other customer ahead of us. One person in back frosting cookies and an older man who appeared to be the manager training a young woman. We approached the counter and was told that young woman this was our first time, how does it all work? She points to 8 different cookies and asks which ones we wanted. We choose 4 ($13 +tx). Not friendly at all. Gets our order, never mentions that they need to be reheated - they were pretty cold - or tells us if they need to be refrigerated. I think they are closing.... read more

This is the worst establishment in this town. 1. Employees just stare at you blankly instead of greeting you or taking your order. 2. They are out of cookies daily by 5 PM, don't they close at 10 PM? One time we went there at 5 PM and they were out of all except one cookie flavor. 3. Worst customer service. Once you are able to place an order, you are dispatched by bad attitudes, blank stares, and completely unhelpful employees. read more

Ordered pick up via internet and was flabbergasted on being charged a 2.00 tip. Why as I wasn't served at a table? This tip requirement has gotten out of hand. Stop relying on customers to make up for not giving employees a decent wage! Cookies were a bit raw for my taste and funny how it's called crumbl when should be called rawbake. read more

I mean, I guess it is what it is when it comes to Crumbl? We all kind of know we're going to get a cookie that is half baked and raw in the center. There's a difference between being a gooey cookie and being a not fully cooked cookie and Crumbl lends itself to the latter. What is killing me about this store is how absolutely disgusting the customer area is. The floor is AWFUL. I was in the store at 9:00am so it's not like it's had all day to get gross so that just means the floor is disgusting all the time. It hadn't been swept let alone mopped. In the corners, and along the wall, there is a built up grime layer that is clearly visible to the eye (and no this is not the grout, this is built up grossness). I'm also pretty grossed out about the girls working not having their hair pulled back. Most of them were wearing beanies with their front pieces pulled out and just dangling over the cookie dough they were working on. Honestly a visit from the Health Department wouldn't be uncalled for at this point.... read more

Clean location, friendly, fast service. Smell of sugar in the air. Really delicious cookie. Great sweet treat for any job well done. They also have small cookies. read more

I stopped in to get some yummy cookies today. What a disappointment!! They were stale! And just not good like they used to be. I paid premium price for stale cookies... never again! Update: They said to contact them, but no email, phone number??? read more

Excited for this new growth and Crumbl is just one of several brands investing in our area! Freshly soft-baked and chewy, these cookies are seriously gourmet. Menu changes weekly, so check the website or app for updates. Also sign up to secure Loyalty Crumbs and add funds! At $3.83/cookie, it's a little overpriced, but what isn't expensive these days? Welcome to Sherman, Crumbl... we're stoked you're here! read more

Normally I've never had a bad experience here, I've always been over the moon about their cookies! I visited today around 7:50 and got a s'mores cookie. The girl ripped it off the pan, shoved it in a box and practically threw it at me. Normally they ask me if the cookie looks good and if I'm happy with it before I leave but I didn't even get a chance to get a word in before she rushed back. I'm sure the environment is a busy one but I felt really unwelcome and I am unlikely to return after this. read more

Good cookies quick delivery wish they had better choices sometimes are out of flavors.

Great cookies for a special occasion. Good variety everybody's always welcoming. Service is fast and the store is very clean. I don't know what you want me to say about the ambience. read more

As I walk in, there is a gentleman using the self-checkout, and the other self-checkout is out-of-order. I walk to the counter to place my order.I just get awkward stares with no greeting. There are approximately 5-6 people working. One employee is working right next to the cashier stand without ever addressing me. Five minutes go by and nothing. Multiple workers walking to and fro with not so much as a "I'll be with you in a second sir." The store is filling up at this point, so I decided to leave. Sadly, if the workers were mostly young teenagers I could understand as they haven't been working long. This wasn't the case. If I want to be ignored, I could have just went to my teenagers room while she is on her phone, lol. Best of luck if you go, I wish you a better experience. read more

Their cookies are ok, but the order I had delivered to us from the store shows the kid delivering really did not want to drive across the street. I just wanted to end the week at work with a snack for my team to know they are appreciated. read more

Crumbl - Sherman - This is how we received the order. So disappointing. - Bakeries Near Me - Sherman, Texas

How do you specialize in cookies and the cookies are this bad lol. Overly sweet, lacks flavor, too dense, overpriced. I just don't get it. Tiffs Treats is where it's at. read more

i'm not a huge crumbl fan as it is, i find their cookies too sweet and they're typically out of every single cookie i genuinely want to try whenever i actually end up getting crumbl. but yesterday ticked me off so bad. me and my cousin went to crumbl because we wanted to try the strawberry shortcake cookie. and of course, as always, they're out of the ones i genuinely care about trying. anyway, we ended up getting the patriotic birthday cake one. the girl took it out of the pan, threw it in a box, and called my name. i said "yes" and then she proceeded to wrestle the box, ruin the icing in the process, and then walk away. i said "rude" loud enough for her to hear me as she walked away. what happened to genuine customer service? read more

I love crumbl some people say it's overrated but man i have so many favorites. and favorite locations!! unfortunately this location always seems to miss the mark on presentation and delivery. always out of cookies and usually takes at least 2 hours to get more read more

I was coming here at least once a month to this Cruml Cookie... or twice to get either the 4 or 6 box... I go this morning for the same and I, unfortunately had to use the restroom, number 1 and so I politely asked... the young man at the counter acted like he didn't know what to do ... so he asked someone and they said no... well... NO - I will never set foot in your store again... if I were a bum, living in the street, or if I asked every time... I would understand. It was an emergency to me. All good now - I went to Panera Bread in the same shopping center got something better and probably half the price. I am only one... but this ONE... will not be back in your store ... We we're all very unimpresse. nothing special or to write home about. The chocolate chip wasn't good. I'll stick to making my own cookies.

I ordered the churro cookie, but I ended up ordering a 6 dollar glob of raw cookie dough. No crisp at all besides the money that left my pocket today. read more

I wish this location could operate more efficiently. This is the third time I've placed a catering order three days in advance for a 10AM pickup and I've had to stand and wait until past 11AM to get my order. This is even with calling the day before to CONFIRM the 10AM pickup. Third time is shame on me for even trying again. read more

The only reason I'm leaving 3 versus 1 star is the cookies themselves. Otherwise, my review is location specific. The employees lack any striving for excellence and the fact that the app automatically inserts a tip is appalling. The service is really lacking. Every time I pick up my cookies (which again, is all that's good-the actual product) they ask "does everything look good?" But the one time I finally spoke up and said actually, no, can you put more icing on it? The employee said *with no emotion or care* that she's not allowed. I said I wanted it to look like the example (the icing was much more robust and to the edge on the example-not so with my cookie). The employee proceeded to blame the management and their policy to do nothing about the lack of icing. Absurd! Make it look like the picture on my app! Make it look like the example on your counter! Otherwise, clean store. Sugar cookies are the best. Service is awful. read more

The last several times I have been I haven't been pleased w there cookies they aren't done all the way and overpriced

Usually this crumbl does an okay job. But today I am not satisfied... I prepaid and ordered on the app and expected my cookies to be held for pick up, when we got to the store all of the cookies were sold out but 2. When I asked them why my cookies weren't saved they stated they got too busy and forgot to save them... not happy!!! read more

Did an online order to ensure I received all of the cookies that I wanted, when I arrived for my order later in the day, I was informed that one of the cookies I wanted was not available-this particular cookie cost extra. I was not offered the difference back. I was only offered to change it to one of the cookies they had available-this happened all week long when I was trying to get the tiramisu cookie, I can only recommend that you show up in person first thing in the morning to get the cookie selection that you want-ordering ahead of time clearly makes no difference and you might even be out some money like me. read more

Very amazing cookies amazing service I recommend it will put three rolls into your belly if you like cookies go here

Go with Tiffs or send flowers. Ordered a week in advance and they charged my card. Requested 9 am delivery for a birthday delivery. At 3 pm I call and ask for an update...they put me on hold for 15 minutes and so I hang up and call back. The rep, who couldn't have seemed more put out by my call, said it was a door dash issue and they'd just have to refund. I said it was for a birthday. She hides me a half hearted apology. No communication whatsoever about the so called issue. Rude customer service. I'll never give them a penny again. read more

Staff is nice. My first time visiting a Crumbl cookies. Unfortunately I must admit I was not impressed. Overpriced, not a great selection, and the taste was average. read more

We went in to Crumbl cookie, wasn't expecting the location to be as small as it was. There was probably 20 people in a 5ftx20ft area, so it was super claustrophobic. On top of that, we only ordered 1 cookie, but it took 30 minutes. 5 orders behind us all had 4 or 6 or 12 cookies and got out before us. I was expecting a lot better. Definitely won't be stopping by here again and telling people to avoid this place.. read more

Can you give a negative score?? this place earns one!! Places an order in advance...drive an hour to this location expecting it to be fulfilled....upon arriving wait in the lobby almost 10 minutes before being approached...then we are told they are out of the cookies for our order...is this a joke?!?! The employees were clueless..tried issuing a refund and only created a whole different order and charged us twice! I call the store manager, Quinn, this morning and no wonder this place is horrible...still offered no real apology, only excuses!! Can't give me any contact info for a district manager...I'd be embarrassed if I was a store owner! Avoid!!!!! read more

more often than not, their mystery flavors are the most generic stuff available on the menu. they also skimp on the frosting more often than not, but at least the store seems clean. read more

rude employees rude manager and she was idk not fit to be a manager at all. waited about 5 minutes just for someone to take my order while everyone was in the back laughing and the manager was staring. cookies were looking awful and was raw. i shouldn't pay almost $5 for a raw and awful looking cookie at all. read more

Crumbl - Sherman - Bakeries Near Me - Sherman, Texas

Terrible customer service. I placed an order over an hour before I picked it up. I DROVE AN HOUR to pick up my order. When I walked just, I was told that they just sold the last cookie that was in my order. How did you sell a cookie that I had already paid for?????? Absolute trash business practice. That cookie should have been set aside waiting for me. That's the whole point of ordering ahead. I really wanted a taste of home. It's not like there's a Cuban bakery around or a Publix that I can walk into and get guava pastries anytime I want. And then I got to drive a whole other hour back thinking about the cookie I didn't have and feeling disappointed. I drove TWO HOURS for nothing. Yeah, my ordering was refunded, but gas ain't cheap. Plus there's other things I could have been doing. Now I'm sitting around being upset about a cookie like a child. But, hello. I paid for it ahead of time!!!! That cookie should have been mine. That's the last time I go out of my way for a cookie. read more

what the actual **** they took off the original sugar cookie we all know and love. this is outrageous some people love that cookie and now we have to wait for s special week to get it. this is bull dookie and it needs to be fixed now. read more

Well, as everyone probably knows by now this place is over priced. Almost $4 a cookie what a joke, maybe $2 but even that's extreme. The cookies are good but definitely not the best I've ever had and usually if you do find one you like you won't get it again because they'll change every week. Really the only reason this place is popular at all is because of the instagram craze. read more
