This was my first time at a Crumbl. The place was warm and smelled really good. You could see them rolling out dough, the sprinkles, and big tubs of butter, and baking fresh cookies. The service was helpful and respectful. I like the pink box. I got a large chocolate chip cookie, it was warm and buttery. read more

Honestly Crumbl is overhyped, too sweet... minis are a good option to try variety. Nice that the flavors change here and there. If you want to try a specific flavor I would go...otherwise skip, unless you're ultimately super craving an overly sweet BIG BIG cookie. Semi Sweet chocolate chip is a good go to! read more

The cookies where good! The delivery service was excellent. But the quality of decoration of the cookies was poor. The cookie "Confetti Cake" did not come with sprinkles when we opened it so it was just a basic pink sugar cookie :( read more

This bakery has been here almost two years and we finally came in to try their cookies. We ordered PB&J cookie, lemon cookie and two honey bun cookies. PB&J and lemon were our favorite ones. We shared PB&J cookie while it was still warm and almost seemed like it was raw. I'm sure we'll go back when we're in that area again because the cookies were good. read more

overpriced cookies that you have wait forever for. and the cookies themselves are all sugar. no nuance. i don't see the attraction. understaffed or under resourced. for the price they charge they should have an army of people filling orders read more

I did a mobile order. It was my first time ever trying Crumbl. The people were friendly, and the cookies were beautiful.

Well you had 7 workers and all but 2 cookies were sold out. People were ordering online and when they arrive were getting told they no longer can have the cookie. This is insane. You should not advertise as having cookies and then not have any variety, especially when it's not close to closing time nor are they short of staff. They are out of all the topping that go on the cookies so after we pay we are still forced to get the left overs. Insomnia cookie is way better. read more

First and last time I stop in this business. I stopped in to pick up 3 cookies for my family. I walked in the door and went to the counter labeled "Order" There were 2 employees who were smiling and having a conversation three feet away from me. Neither greeted me, looked up or even made eye contact. (Rudeness #1) I waited for them to finish but after a minute or two, I had to say excuse me a couple of times. to get some service. (Rudeness #2). At that time, I noticed the 2 kiosks about 10 feet away and said to the employee who was walking over I "Can i order here or do I have to order at the kiosk. I've never been here before." I was hoping to get more information about the products. The employee turned her register screen over so I can view it (same as kiosk screen), seeing that I said, "so I can order here?" and she said, "If you need to...." (Rudeness #3) So at that point I knew I made a mistake coming in and left without ordering. I always prefer to give grace to people who are not having a good day, but this seemed just to be a lack of manners. On a positive note, the store seemed clean and the cookie boxes presented well. But many other places to buy cookies. read more

Over priced cookie. I do not get the hype. I saw nothing special or out of the ordinary except the price

Placed online order went 20 minutes after scheduled time and order wasn't ready had to wait additional 10 minutes

I love crumbl and when it was added to the LV two years ago I was excited. I only go when most of the cookies sound interesting to me but whenever i do they're delicious. It's also a really quick turn around and if you order in store it's not usually a long wait. It's clean and you can see them making the cookies in front of you. Definitely try it out if you haven't yet. read more

Took us about an hour to get to this location and it was worth it! We got the chocolate milk chip, PBJ and strawberry shortcake. You have to get the original chocolate chip! I wouldn't get the strawberry shortcake again because it was drenched in frosting. All of the cookies came out warm and fresh which we loved. read more

Love the cookies best I've ever had great price too I wish I had one closer I'd be there everyday

This location seems to be quite popular since recently opening. I enjoyed the pumpkin cookie. It was more like a cake than a cookie as the dough was very soft and moist, but it was tasty. The pumpkin flavor and cream cheese frosting on top were great. I liked the raspberry and chocolate chip cookies too. The jam on the raspberry was perfectly sweet and the whipped cream on top was a nice added touch. In general I like even my soft-baked cookies to be just a tiny bit crunchier than they are served here, but these are still a really nice treat. read more

I've had Crumbl cookies before and I was excited when I found out they were opening one in the Lehigh Valley. The most important thing thing to know about Crumbl is that the menu changes each week. So if you get something you like this week it will be gone next week. Because the menu changes each week you enjoyment will change each week. Some weeks this place would only get 3 stars, some weeks it could be 5 just based upon that weeks flavors. As for the cookies themselves they are on the larger size about 1/2 pound each. They are also on the expensive side a single cookie is $4.60 and a 12 pack is $39.10. The cookie flavors range from the standard chocolate chip to adventurous like mango with boba balls on them. If you are not the adventurous sort the website list all the flavors for the week. They also offer mini cookies and ice cream. They are also closed on Sundays. Overall a very good cookie that is good a treat, but not someplace you can go back to every week. read more

Worst location - they always run out of the best-rated cookies. Figure it out - this is getting old....

Great cookies and wonderful service. Will be back again soon to the very clean and organized location

I don't get your cookies often, as I prefer to honestly make them a once in awhile treat. I do regularly check to see if it is a week with flavors I would like. Finding a new flavor is like unwrapping a gift. It is two doors down from a Starbucks, so those times I want indulge myself, it's a great combo read more

Good Service. Mt cookies are always presented nicely. It's busy at times but that's expected. I wish the service was a lil bit faster and the rush of people were a bit more organized. read more

First time trying a Crumbl Cookie - the cake batter cookie was nice and warm in the box. The cookie manages to have both the crispy edges and a gooey middle, best of both worlds. With the sprinkles this did make a mess, but was well worth the treat. read more

Heads up to the business owner. I reached out via email like you asked and the person who responded asked me what they could help me with and thanked me for my review. Did absolutely nothing for me. My suggestion would be to have whoever is responding to emails you encouraged/requested, should probably know how to properly respond and rectify a negative review. read more

My kids love Crumbl Cookie so I decided to purchase some mini-cookies for New Year's Day. I received a notification through Instacart/UberEats that my order was ready for pickup. Unfortunately I waited an hour before I actually received my order. The cookies were not as soft when purchased... They hardened by the next day. read more

I don't see how anyone could give this place less that a 4, It's cookies for Pete's Sake... The cookies are all tasty and the service is good. Not a huge selection but if they have what you like, it's a really good cookie. Price is a little steep but it seems like prices are up everywhere ‍ read more

Food is good but pricey. Parking is hard in my area. Cookies get hard within a day if you dknt eat them all.

This location is staffed with teens that are a bit too snooty. You're selling overpriced mediocre cookies guys, not Cartier watches. These are eh cookies that don't live up to the hype and chatter. Not enough variety and the specialty cookies are loaded with gobs of icing that make them mush and break before you can eat them. Thats if they don't stick to the inside of the box lid. Hmmm no thanks. read more

Their cookies are good and the weekly changes keeps it fresh. A little over priced but the quality is good.

Ordered in advance online, trying to be productive, just to get told that the cookies I ordered were sold out, okay. I went with what they had, chocolate chip being one of them, and I was very disappointed. Their recipe consists of 15 pounds of sugar, at least that's what the granular sandy taste would suggest. The workers were not accommodating and despite being very well staffed, the service was still so so slow. I know this place recently opened and they might still be trying to get into the swing of things, but paying their prices does not meet expectations. read more

Service is great. Store is clean. Just wish the cookies were baked more. They're too raw in the middle.

Cookies were tasty, but not worth the price point. If your craving something sweet, this will meet your needs.

I thought the cookies were under cooked. Nothing to write home about considering the price point. read more

I've been to this store 4 times. Every time it's been a new round of cookies. I have loved every flavor so far, even flavors I wouldn't have thought I would like. I definitely recommend people give this place a try. You have to be mindful of the calorie and sugar count but it's doable if you know how to cut it in other places. read more

Service is slow despite the fact that their kitchen is packed with workers. The cookie that I ordered online (mallow-Oreo) got sold out when I came to pick it up so I needed to substitute (red velvet) The red velvet is too sweet for me and it's undercooked. The chocolate chip is just okay. Maybe because I've had Levain cookies. I'm glad that I ordered online because I wouldn't wait in line to buy these cookies. read more

Would I come back here just because of the well known cookies? Yes. They were delicious. The attitude and poor demeanor of the staff was what made me review this 3 stars. I know it just opened but staff could act a little nicer. My customer service experience was poor. Except for one girl who handed me my cookies. She was great. Cashier and everyone else, not so much. read more

Neat idea. I was never at a place where you just order on a screen and pay on the screen and the only human interaction is them bringing your box to you. Kinda like a drive thru but indoors. Anyway, cookies were interesting but way too sweet for us. I looked at the Strawberry one on the website and the ingredients listed sugar 6 different times for that one cookie, ha! For a 1/4 of that cookie it's 20g of added sugars, 40% of daily intake. It was fun to try the gourmet cookies though. We chose 4 of the 6 selections. We thought there may be 20 flavors but just 6 each week I think. read more

Was so excited for the banana bread cookie. it's what made me drive 40 minutes down there. i got there, ordered my cookies, was then told banana bread was sold out and i needed to change cookies, i understood it, chose different cookies. but then everybody else behind me had the option to wait for their new batch of cookies, but i still was unable to since they had my cookies almost ready. I paid an absurd amount for these cookies, just to get unfair treatment from employees. will not be going back. they are not worth it. read more
