Fun concept. Who doesn't get excited about amped up cookies? This was our first visit. The cookie selection was smaller than I expected, but yet creative. I really wanted to try the classic chocolate chip but the non-traditional were too tempting. I will try the chocolate chip next time. Note, the cookie flavors rotate, so you can find different cookies on each visit. I opted for the Banana Bread cookie. It was good and authentically tasted like banana bread. It was much more than simple banana flavoring. The cookie was soft, which is how I love my cookies. The center was barely cookie and more mushy cookie dough. Mmmmm The atmosphere inside is very industrial, almost like you are standing in a commercial kitchen...and you essentially are. I was hoping the aromas of fresh baked cookies would be more prevalent. It was fun, but it didn't call me to come back frequently. I am sure I will visit again, I mean, soft cookies are hard to resist. read more

You'll never get bored with Crumbl's selection, every week there is something new to try. I recently found out that Crumbl's has put out over 200 different flavors since they opened in 2017. So now I feel like I need to pop in each week to try something new. The service at this location is great. They dress each cookie to order, so everything is fresh and delicious. All orders are available for takeout, delivery, or pickup, so the ambiance is a quick, check out the kitchen, and grab and go home to enjoy those delicious cookies. read more

no sense of urgency whatsoever. service sucks. employees using phones with their gloves on and not changing them afterwards, then touching cookies with the same gloves. the box was covered in nastiness, probably because he's not changing his gloves... dirty read more

Fast, friendly and convenient location. I would always just put my order in through the app to cut back on prep/wait time. I like that it's open pretty late for those after dinner sweet cravings. They now offer mini Mondays which is nice for portion control since the cookies are huge and it gives you the chance to try all the flavors of the week. read more

Good stuff but to expensive for me I just can't see paying that much for a cookie...it's just not for me every one has there own thing

There is so much hype about how delicious the crumbl cookies are, so we decided to try it! When we walked in, we ordered off the tablet which was very easy to use and self explanatory. There were people in there ordering and waiting on their orders. Once we placed our order, our cookies came out right away. The employee was kind and we were told by the her and the other employee to have a nice day! The customer service was great! The actual cookie did not taste good at all. Too sweet and it was like biting into pure sugar. I did not like the cookie at all. I do not think I would come back and try any crumbl location. read more

My experience is that the 3 lady's that worked there today did not wanna be bothered with customers, I mentioned it was my daughters birthday. She said she needed the app she had it and her id. I did order three small cookies. As I was talking to this individual she asked me to move for the gentleman behind me. I found it rude and very uninviting. I think the improvement would be that they actually seem like they care about the people coming in. read more

I got a pack of 6 a few months back, the. Got my free birthday cookie with the rewards program. These are good cookies, but... they're cookies lol. Cookies are on rotation each week, and you can order ahead and pick up, which is cool. They are VERY SWEET, so if you don't have a sweet tooth, you may be out off. I kinda was. When I went, I got a cookies and cream one. That one was pretty good. I may go back, but probably for a special occasion or a gift to someone. Luxury cookies, right? Cool addition to pooler, but very poor location. The parking lot is way too small. The cookies aren't bad, and they are huge, I just think they're very overpriced read more

I've resisted coming for cookies until the craze wore off a little. No line out the store. I got the app but it only accepts Apple Pay, and my corporate card is not linked to Apple Pay. The employees were all busy when I entered, but it would have been nice to be acknowledged. I placed my order only to hear that they are just starting to bake a few of what I had ordered. Wish their screens knew and advised of a long wait time when ordered. Shop floor was dirty. read more

Eh I was kinda disappointed with these cookies.... First of all they were only letting in a certain amount of people... but there was 2 people inside and it was starting to rain...they acted like they were super busy when they weren't. They didn't tell us anything about how to order and luckily my friend has gone before so she told me I had to do mobile ordering. One of the ladies waiting said she had been waiting 30 minutes and I got my 4 cookies before her and she ordered the same thing. The chocolate chip cookies were not all that great and I wasn't really happy with the weeks cookies. I would only go back if someone made me. I wouldn't go back on my own. read more

I'm just as thrilled as the rest of Savannah that we finally have a Crumbl Cookie! Yes, there's been a line outside to get in the door since they've open, but what else do you except? We're excited! The line moved quickly. The iPads are easy to use. I went at 9:45pm - so right before closing - and they still had everything in stock. Do they have come kinks to work out? Of course, but it's as expected for a new business. The cookies were amazing. I had the cinnamon cereal cookie and it was delish! I would recommend checking out the menu for the week online (or on the app) while waiting. read more

On Saturday morning I completed an online order for 6 cookies (4 different types), all of which were available. I also selected a pickup time of 2:00 pm that afternoon. When I went to pick up the order, I was informed that they had just sold out of one type of the cookies of which I had purchased two. I was speechless! And all the workers could say was, sorry we sold them, you can have a refund or substitute another type of cookie! Why order and pay for merchandise ahead of time if what you purchase will not be there when you arrive? When you purchase a pair of shoes online at Dick's, they put those aside in a holding area until you arrive - they don't sell them to someone else!!! Horrible business practices!!! read more

Vacillated on giving 2 or 3 stars here. The cookies smell wonderful but they are NOT what was ordered! Somehow my daughter in NY found out about you and ordered a box of cookies for me for Mother's Day, which were delivered today. I immediately opened the box and sent her a picture, and she texted me back with a screenshot of what I was *supposed* to receive. I'm not sure if she's contacted you or not as she's currently at work, but this seems like such an obvious and avoidable blunder. Chocolate chip is fine but you have other flavors that I would have found much more enjoyable if only you'd delivered them to me. Did I get someone else's order? Entirely possible, I guess, as there was nothing anywhere with my name or address on it. Very disappointed, and not sure I'll bother going to the store after reading the reviews. read more

There were long lines and glossy photos, so I thought this might be a good dessert option. I placed an order for six cookies through the Crumbl app and chose a time - two hours before providing plenty of time to fill the order. I arrived on time to pick up my order of six cookies and was told to join the line in the rain. I did and waited another 30 minutes while Door Dash and Uber Eats orders were allowed to walk in and get orders and leave. Not a good way to run a business. Once we entered to pick up the order. They changed their policy on online orders and allowed others to skip the line. The order wasn't prepared and we had to wait further while they rushed to cobble it together. The cookies are NOT WORTH the money. The sugar cookie was dry and crumbly. The chocolate chip tasted like a couple of pounds of butter, very little flavor. The chocolate strawberry was the grossest assault on the palette. The cookie was tasteless and the only thing that could be tasted was the over-processed strawberry flavored frosting. The cookies have a foul, buttery aftertaste that leaves your mouth feeling dry and pasty. read more

Usually very quick with pick up orders. And always friendly, and the cookies are delicious every time!

Cookie selection is changed weekly so it provides a great opportunity to always try something new.I tried the Peanut butter Crunch and it was really good. A bit too rich to eat all in one setting but unique, delicious and baked to perfection with soft and crisp textures and an extra crunch with the cereal on top (10/10). The shop could use a bit more upkeep though but the service was good. read more

Cookie was amazing! However service was BAD. I ordered online for pick up, I saw the woman place my cookie behind the counter as I was walking in, there was a group of people placing their order so I waited to be called....I was never called. Lady with the red hair behind the wall preparing cookies saw me standing there waiting and ignored me each time she brought out someone else's order. Not once did she ask if i was there for pick up. I finally asked if my order was ready in the middle of her trying to head back to behind the wall to which she grabbed it out from the counter. They should place a person in charge of pick up that isn't preparing cookies. Everyone in there making cookies just awkwardly watched me as I stood there waiting. read more

These cookies are not done ! We purchased several different ones and the outside of each was crispy, nice presentation and lovely box. But 1/2 baked cookies taste like raw cookie dough that is slightly warmed. Not to mention the possibility of bacteria. We brought them home, baked them at 375 for 8 minutes. They turned out wonderful. But we doubt that Crumbl expected the customer to have to "Finish" baking their product. read more

Terrible customer service! The manager is so disrespectful and dismissive. They need to do something different with their system. If someone pays ahead of time then they should be guaranteed the cookies they HAVE PAID for already!!!! The walking-ins should get second priority. I know their system keeps track of the cookies because I've seen it on the app. I have also seen employees take cookies out of already made orders to put in a walk-ins order. Do better cause right now your customer service is losing you money. read more

Not impressed by standing in line outside. 4 of us outside in line. 2 people inside, Cookies we got were not baked well. Crispy chewy till the center and they were raw. Really? Not one to talk to, just order from a pad, talk about lack of service. Then they practically shoved us and our order the door. Got home and found out they were raw in the middle. Go back, same joke, 2 people in the store 10 now standing outside. Threw them the trash. Forget that noise. Let's see what it looks like in the middle of Summer and it's 90 degrees outside. All in all wayyyyy overpriced and raw. No worries, never going back. read more

The cookies are really good I love the apple cider cookie and the chocolate chip I would come back

Finally went to try them to see what all the hype and the long lines are about. It was not all it was hyped up to be. We got a four pack of the following: Lemonade- the lemon flavor was all in the icing. The actual cookie had no flavor. Then the icing just tasted like you put a spoonful of powdered lemonade mix in your mouth. Gross. We threw it away. The classic pink icing- it was meh. tasted like a frosted animal cracker. Nothing to spend $4 a cookie on. Cinnamon fry bread- usually I am a sucker for a good snickerdoodle type cookie. This was similar to that. However the icing again was overpowering and had extra cinnamon. Nilla bean- this was the only one I truly liked out of all of them. The flavors would good. The icing was decent BUT the cookie was really raw in the middle. All in all, this place is a one and done for us. Husband wanted to go back and try the chocolate chip since they were sold out when we went but it's a pass from me. No thanks. read more

Placed an order online for an hour out. Got there to wait in a line for another 30 minutes while everyone else walked in and out with boxes. The app told me my order was ready and when I went in to get it I was asked to leave and told the app was wrong that they were too backed up. Unfortunately I couldn't cancel my order since it was "complete". None of the staff were kind or helpful. The cookies were half cooked once I finally got them. I will not be ordering from here again. read more

Had an unpleasant experience this afternoon, my husband and I had ordered a box for pickup to be ready at 5:30 pm. When we arrived our name and number was up on the board, when we were called to the front they were out of most of the cookies we had requested. When we asked why this was the woman essentially said it's just like that sometimes. I asked how to prevent that situation in the future and wasn't really given an answer per se, so apparently those folks standing in line outside get preferred treatment over anyone who pre pays and pre orders? There has to be a more efficient way of doing this? If you have customers who have pre ordered you should have a way of showing how many of each cookie you need for that hour/ half hour slot and the rest is up for grabs to the public waiting in line. As a pastry chef myself the team inside needs to move with more of a purpose watching on both occasions chefs preparing the cookies I know for a fact it's possible to crank out a tray of cookies far quicker than what I am seeing (yes even with weighing each individual cookie and forming it) read more

This place is so frustrating! I placed an online order at noon for a pickup time of 6:30, but when I arrived at 6:45, my order wasn't ready. First time at this establishment. Waited 45 minutes to place order which is fine since they're popular (hence the line) during that time I witnessed 2 separate individuals walk; retrieve their order; open the box and immediately turn right back around and berate the staff for their wrong orders and demand refunds. No communication between customers and staff as to when we were allowed inside to place order which led to several customers just leaving without ordering. Staff, while friendly, seemed very unorganized and did not seem willing to communicate any issues with customers. ALTHOUGH! As soon as I placed my order I had my cookies literally within 30 seconds. So that was cool. Unfortunately; ALL 4 of the cookies were still totally raw inside. Interesting flavors though! read more

I arrive today thinking that due to the rain I would finally be able to get some cookies. I noticed a very small line so I jumped out of the car with my umbrella and thought I would give it a chance. After over an hour in the line completely soaking wet, I finally have some cookies. I am very disappointed in the management at the store as there was zero communication to the folks who were out in the line that they had ran out of several of the cookies. This would explain the massive line and lack of movement for over 20 minutes. I did bring it to their attention that necessary to communicate with her customers that are outstanding in the rain. I love the cookies I love the brand I do not love waiting in line in the rain for over an hour. I did not feel valued as a customer. Will I come back? of course I will not when it's raining and I will probably wait until they've been open for 90 days. They definitely like some leader ship in the store.. read more

As we approached the center where the Crumbl store is located two policemen (technically a police man and a police woman) were leaving the store with a 6 cookie box and my first thought was "there must not be a doughnut shop close". We were there to have a burger at the same center a couple of doors down and watched a constant parade of folks leaving with Crumbl boxes. We decide to give Crumbl a try and bought a '4 box' to sample each of that day's offerings. Being a fiscally cautious fellow my expectations for the cookies was high as five bucks per cookie is a pretty steep hill to climb. When we got home the first thing we did was sample each of the cookies and it was a totally underwhelming experience. All of the cookies were disappointing, seemingly under baked and lacking flavor. There were no 'crumbles'. With sad disappointment, we disposed of the remaining uneaten portions, not wanting to be reminded of our poor judgement tomorrow. read more
