Fun concept. Who doesn't get excited about amped up cookies? This was our first visit. The cookie selection was smaller than I expected, but yet creative. I really wanted to try the classic chocolate chip but the non-traditional were too tempting. I will try the chocolate chip next time. Note, the cookie flavors rotate, so you can find different cookies on each visit. I opted for the Banana Bread cookie. It was good and authentically tasted like banana bread. It was much more than simple banana flavoring. The cookie was soft, which is how I love my cookies. The center was barely cookie and more mushy cookie dough. There is so much hype about how delicious the crumbl cookies are, so we decided to try it! When we walked in, we ordered off the tablet which was very easy to use and self explanatory. There were people in there ordering and waiting on their orders. Once we placed our order, our cookies came out right away. The employee was kind and we were told by the her and the other employee to have a nice day! The customer service was great! The actual cookie did not taste good at all. My experience is that the 3 lady's that worked there today did not wanna be bothered with customers, I mentioned it was my daughters birthday. She said she needed the app she had it and her id. I did order three small cookies. As I was talking to this individual she asked me to move for the gentleman behind me. I found it rude and very uninviting. Eh I was kinda disappointed with these cookies.... First of all they were only letting in a certain amount of people... but there was 2 people inside and it was starting to rain...they acted like they were super busy when they weren't. They didn't tell us anything about how to order and luckily my friend has gone before so she told me I had to do mobile ordering. One of the ladies waiting said she had been waiting 30 minutes and I got my 4 cookies before her and she ordered the same thing. I'm just as thrilled as the rest of Savannah that we finally have a Crumbl Cookie! Yes, there's been a line outside to get in the door since they've open, but what else do you except? We're excited! The line moved quickly. The iPads are easy to use. I went at 9:45pm - so right before closing - and they still had everything in stock. Do they have come kinks to work out? On Saturday morning I completed an online order for 6 cookies (4 different types), all of which were available. I also selected a pickup time of 2:00 pm that afternoon. When I went to pick up the order, I was informed that they had just sold out of one type of the cookies of which I had purchased two. I was speechless! And all the workers could say was, sorry we sold them, you can have a refund or substitute another type of cookie! Vacillated on giving 2 or 3 stars here. The cookies smell wonderful but they are NOT what was ordered! Somehow my daughter in NY found out about you and ordered a box of cookies for me for Mother's Day, which were delivered today. I immediately opened the box and sent her a picture, and she texted me back with a screenshot of what I was *supposed* to receive. I'm not sure if she's contacted you or not as she's currently at work, but this seems like such an obvious and avoidable blunder. Chocolate chip is fine but you have other flavors that I would have found much more enjoyable if only you'd delivered them to me. Did I get someone else's order? There were long lines and glossy photos, so I thought this might be a good dessert option. I placed an order for six cookies through the Crumbl app and chose a time - two hours before providing plenty of time to fill the order. I arrived on time to pick up my order of six cookies and was told to join the line in the rain. I did and waited another 30 minutes while Door Dash and Uber Eats orders were allowed to walk in and get orders and leave. Not a good way to run a business. Once we entered to pick up the order. They changed their policy on online orders and allowed others to skip the line. The order wasn't prepared and we had to wait further while they rushed to cobble it together. The cookies are NOT WORTH the money. The sugar cookie was dry and crumbly. The chocolate chip tasted like a couple of pounds of butter, very little flavor. The chocolate strawberry was the grossest assault on the palette. The cookie was tasteless and the only thing that could be tasted was the over-processed strawberry flavored frosting. The cookies have a foul, buttery aftertaste that leaves your mouth feeling dry and pasty. read more

These cookies are not done ! We purchased several different ones and the outside of each was crispy, nice presentation and lovely box. But 1/2 baked cookies taste like raw cookie dough that is slightly warmed. Not to mention the possibility of bacteria. We brought them home, baked them at 375 for 8 minutes. They turned out wonderful. But we doubt that Crumbl expected the customer to have to "Finish" baking their product. read more

Finally went to try them to see what all the hype and the long lines are about. It was not all it was hyped up to be. We got a four pack of the following: Lemonade- the lemon flavor was all in the icing. The actual cookie had no flavor. Then the icing just tasted like you put a spoonful of powdered lemonade mix in your mouth. Gross. We threw it away. The classic pink icing- it was meh. tasted like a frosted animal cracker. Nothing to spend $4 a cookie on. Cinnamon fry bread- usually I am a sucker for a good snickerdoodle type cookie. This was similar to that. However the icing again was overpowering and had extra cinnamon. Nilla bean- this was the only one I truly liked out of all of them. The flavors would good. The icing was decent BUT the cookie was really raw in the middle. All in all, this place is a one and done for us. The app told me my order was ready and when I went in to get it I was asked to leave and told the app was wrong that they were too backed up. Had an unpleasant experience this afternoon, my husband and I had ordered a box for pickup to be ready at 5:30 pm. When we arrived our name and number was up on the board, when we were called to the front they were out of most of the cookies we had requested. When we asked why this was the woman essentially said it's just like that sometimes. I asked how to prevent that situation in the future and wasn't really given an answer per se, so apparently those folks standing in line outside get preferred treatment over anyone who pre pays and pre orders? There has to be a more efficient way of doing this? If you have customers who have pre ordered you should have a way of showing how many of each cookie you need for that hour/ half hour slot and the rest is up for grabs to the public waiting in line. As a pastry chef myself the team inside needs to move with more of a purpose watching on both occasions chefs preparing the cookies I know for a fact it's possible to crank out a tray of cookies far quicker than what I am seeing (yes even with weighing each individual cookie and forming it) read more

Waited 45 minutes to place order which is fine since they're popular (hence the line) during that time I witnessed 2 separate individuals walk; retrieve their order; open the box and immediately turn right back around and berate the staff for their wrong orders and demand refunds. No communication between customers and staff as to when we were allowed inside to place order which led to several customers just leaving without ordering. I arrive today thinking that due to the rain I would finally be able to get some cookies. I noticed a very small line so I jumped out of the car with my umbrella and thought I would give it a chance. After over an hour in the line completely soaking wet, I finally have some cookies. I am very disappointed in the management at the store as there was zero communication to the folks who were out in the line that they had ran out of several of the cookies. This would explain the massive line and lack of movement for over 20 minutes. I did bring it to their attention that necessary to communicate with her customers that are outstanding in the rain. As we approached the center where the Crumbl store is located two policemen (technically a police man and a police woman) were leaving the store with a 6 cookie box and my first thought was "there must not be a doughnut shop close". We were there to have a burger at the same center a couple of doors down and watched a constant parade of folks leaving with Crumbl boxes. We decide to give Crumbl a try and bought a '4 box' to sample each of that day's offerings. Being a fiscally cautious fellow my expectations for the cookies was high as five bucks per cookie is a pretty steep hill to climb. When we got home the first thing we did was sample each of the cookies and it was a totally underwhelming experience. All of the cookies were disappointing, seemingly under baked and lacking flavor. Under done cookies. Terrible. Slow service. I was embarrassed to bring these cookies to a party. Gooey, awful.

This was my 1st visit and it wasn't pleasant. We arrived to a line, so we waited and waited. As we waited online orders continously came and were greeted and given their orders. I watched this for about 30 minutes. The regular line had not moved at this point. I called the store and asked how were they operating because we haven't moved but the online orders were being taken care of. She placed me on hold and came to the front to speak to the front line people (I saw her through the window). Then they proceeded to let 1 family in at a time. The order process was literally a minute at the kiosk and then pick up. Once we ordered and paid we were informed they were out of chocolate chip. We had 2 separate orders and one had 3 chocolates in the 6 pack. I just asked for the iced oatmeal and the other order asked to have a refund for the 3 chocolates. The guy told her it would be more expensive to do 3 individual cookies than the 6. HOW!!! I paid $9 for 2 and she paid $22 for 6, so yeah that doesnt make sense and we told him so. After asking for a manager she refunded the ordered and charged for 3 cookies. They need to figure out a better system for walk in because I would never want to return for this service. The lemon cookie is gross, the oatmeal was good and the double chocolate (probably not the name) tasted like a brownie. read more
