I'm very confused. I visited Crumbl Lake Washington to purchase one of the cakes they had on the website. Three of us (one child two adults) walked in and neither one of the two people that were there acknowledged us. We were the only people there standing around for about 10 minutes without so much of a hello. Ok, maybe they are bakers as not sales personnel? The lady out front was busy making some dough, I believe? And completely ignoring us. We could've walked out and it would've been like it never happened. I had to call her attention to ask a question. Turns out they only have a limited amount of pastries for sale and zero cakes. I guess they have to be ordered in advance? Ok, maybe I misunderstood but why have a store front then? I had to ask specific questions about the limited pastries there on display and even more limited availability of the pastries they have for purchase. No helpful information was offered. AITA? First time visiting a Crumbl, and most likely last. Not sure how their customer service protocol is but by this interaction I'm assuming it's only online ordering. Still confused. read more

Haven't had a bad experience. Hoping not to experience what some of the other reviews mention. My kids' father has picked up an order a couple of times & didn't check the box til he left & the order wasn't correct. The cookies are yummy, we usually order weekly. The ice cream is even better. They offer delivery & curbside pick up. I've never been inside so I can't speak on cleanliness. Customer service is pretty good. They could work on their accuracy w/ the orders. read more

I happened upon this gem after visiting the Polish Restaurant next door. Totally loved! I am a fan of soft, doughy, warm cookies, and these cookies were everything. If you like hard, over baked this is not the place for you. I had the chocolate chip and the birthday cake. Both were outstanding! I was blown away how many workers were on staff. All seemed friendly and ready to great. They have set rotating cookies, so likely week to week you will have different options to select. I am not a big sweets person but I enjoy from time to time. We walked in and weren't sure if they were open because we just saw some cookies on a tray. Right off the bat my boyfriend didn't want anything. Great place to get unique cookies. Founded in Logan, Utah in 2017, this franchise has grown to over 600 stores in the United States as of Oct 2022. Over 30 of these stores are in Florida with 3 in this area. This particular location is at the northwest corner of Lake Washington Road and North Wickham Road. Just like every other Crumbl store location that I have visited, this one has a clean look to it. The front is all glass with a small foyer at the entrance. You can order online or in the store. We chose to order at the counter at the store. The front area was clean and the staff was all working in the kitchen behind the counters making cookies for the day. They were mixing batches, putting dollops in order on trays, putting trays in the ovens, pulling completely cooked ones out, and starting the process. This franchise specializes in making new cookies almost every day. We ordered a dozen assorted cookies for a Going-away party for a wonderful couple that was moving to Utah. They were expensive (about $30) but they are large, delicious and they were worth the price. They were a hit at the party and there were none left within minutes of our arrival. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you want something for that party you're going to or just to have some excellent cookies, then this is a good place to go. Enjoy read more

I've ordered from this store twice now and they are awesome...the cookies and the service. On our last order we ordered a dozen cookies so we could share with some neighbors. Sometimes it's hard picking from their options for the day. I really enjoyed the classic pink sugar from our first visit, so had to add a couple extra of those for this order. This shorted a few of the other cookies that were available, leaving only one of a couple cookies that were available. I was blown away when our order was delivered and there were two boxes. As I opened the boxes of goodness, I was blown away that they took it upon themselves to give an extra treat for us by providing a few extra cookies. While the cookies are a little $$, it's the small things like this that will make us a loyal customer and go out of our way to support them. Thank you very much! read more
