Service was quick. Cookies are huge! Friendly greeting. Delicious and huge! Shared it with my son

They offered me store credit to try a different flavor/get another cookie in order to make up for my previous experience, which, to me, is great customer service! I got to try the New York Cheesecake--still too sweet to eat alone or in one sitting, but it was a good flavor.

First time trying crumble and oh was I disappointed. I got the cinnamon square and it and it was terrible. The cake was dry and tasted like a horrible carrot cake. The frosting was bland just I don't know not good. honestly will be my last time at crumble.

I've ordered from this location a couple of times and the cookies have been fresh , soft. I had only one bad experience and the girl in charge tried to help as much as she could. The cookies seemed old that day even the replacements. But I did try again another time and was better. Must have been a bad day only . read more

Good cookies, poor customer service. Waited 15 minutes to pick up an order that had been ready for 30 minutes. Employees never asked any of the 5-10 people waiting for a name, just ignored them until they made time to call out the stack of cookies that were already made. Crazy to think there is a default tip on the app! read more

Ordered on the app and picked up on a Friday evening. Several mini sized cookies were out of stock. Ended up with the brookie and a peanut butter with Reese's pieces. Both were good. Small shop typical for crumbl, but not crowded. Staff was polite and order was ready shortly after I clicked "I'm here." Parking in the lot in the Target shopping Center. read more

This was our first time trying CRUMBL cookies. All of the staff were very friendly. The flavors we got were DELICIOUS and still warm when we got home. The Oreo sandwich one was rich, which is a lot coming from me because I love a lot of sweet. The flavor was still delicious though. Chocolate chip and circus animal were our favorites! read more

I have been to this location a few times now. The cookies are a decent size but can be very sugary so have caution. Thankfully I like sweets. They are a bit pricey to me but that's just my opinion. Sometimes the quality isn't the best. For instance got the "twix" cookie and their pictures and videos show having Twix crumble on top and mine did not. Literally looked like crumbs of something. But not Twix. The service has been great. I've used the app each time I've gone and was in and out quick. Location was clean. I may not be a weekly crumbl eater but this place has its cookies that are must haves. read more

History

Established in 2017.

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. Crumbl's goal is to bring friends and family together over the best desserts in the world.

Their prices are still higher than most, but the redeeming quality of exceptional customer service has seemingly disappeared. There are still a few employees who seem to genuinely care, and we appreciate them. My wife and I recently encountered the worst checker we have ever experienced. I'll attempt to describe her: a woman in her late 40s to 50s with longer gray hair, a fuller build, and a demeanor that simply seemed not to care. She never spoke, despite my attempts to offer a friendly greeting. At one point, I even asked if she could hear me. When it became obvious that she wasn't going to bag our groceries or even offer to help, my wife and I ended up bagging all six bags of groceries ourselves. Throughout the entire process, there was absolutely no comment, acknowledgment, or reaction from the checker. We've been customers of this store for nearly 40 years. We've remained loyal despite increasing competition, but disrespectful and indifferent employees are what may finally convince us that it's time to look elsewhere. We're genuinely saddened to see one of our favorite stores decline so significantly in customer service. It's disappointing to see a place we've supported for nearly four decades lose one of the qualities that once made it special.

Cookie Crumble cookies are a delightful indulgence for anyone with a sweet tooth. They strike a perfect balance between a soft, chewy center and a slightly crisp, golden edge, creating a satisfying texture in every bite. The generous chunks of chocolate (or other mix-ins) melt just enough to add rich bursts of flavor, while the buttery dough delivers a warm, comforting sweetness. Whether enjoyed fresh out of the oven or paired with a cold glass of milk, Cookie Crumble cookies feel like a nostalgic, homemade treat with just the right touch of decadence. read more

It's clean, inviting and the young lady serving us was professional and friendly. Great spot to hang out and visit, study or even a small work related meeting could gather here. We ordered a s'mores cookie, walnut chocolate brownie and pumpkin bread, along with a couple of drinks. All of it, including the coffee's were delicious! May this place prosper!

Knowing how predictable the treats at Starbucks were I decided to try this place out. Although the yogurt machines seemed to be temporarily out of service, my main focus was on the donuts. Although not a huge selection, the options they provided were fresh and tasty. The custard filled chocolate was good but the cruller (maple and chocolate variety) were even better. Glad we made the slight parking lot diversion to the Donut Factory during the pitstop.

The reason for 2 stars is due to seeing a couple of flies in within the baked goods display case. Restaurants and bakeries should invest in down-draft or downward-blowing air curtains that create a high-velocity barrier of air over open doors and entryways to block flies and other pests from entering a building. Unfortunately I didn't see the flies until after I paid for my order. I will have to observe better in the future. I purchased 4 items and my total was roughly $32 1. Tokyo Toast is my absolute favorite and unfortunately they only had one left. This is thick-cut of Japanese milk bread that is lightly caramelized...so delicious! 5/5 2. Banana Boat, a round croissant type pastry with a center filled with banana cream and topped with a meringue. 5/5 3. Pistachio croissant 5/5 4. Marshmallow croissant 5/5 Their baked goods are outstanding and customer service is decent. They're a bit pricey. They have a very small eating area. My overall rating reflects the couple of flies in the baked goods display case. But the baked goods are a 5-star rating

Review #952 Posted on 10.14.25…read more We came here on Saturday the 11th after a few soccer games. Our coach hooked all the girls up and bought them all ice cream. I have to say, the worker there did a great job getting all the ice cream served very quickly for all the people that were in there. Baskin Robbins to me has always been solid, I get they serve dreyers but I like dreyers. It's a timeless brand in my opinion. I also like their sundaes too. You can pick the toppings, classic toppings, IE Carmel, fudge, whip cream, nuts, etc. Not gummy worms, and every candy you can think of lol. I'll keep going to Baskin Robbins. They always come through.

She ended up going with the cotton candy, but before he scooped her ice cream, he washed all the equipment and washed his hands all the way up to his elbow before he scooped her ice cream. We very much appreciated that and for anyone who have allergies to peanuts or kids that are allergic to peanut this Baskin-Robbins has a case that only has peanuts and another case that doesn't have peanuts at all, it's so good to know that. Roman was super kind and gave so many samples to the kids. If Roman is working, just know that your kids will not have cross-contamination or an allergic reaction ! He was amazing!

I'll be honest , wasn't sure how much an ounce was. Didn't see a big price sign when I first walked in. There's a sign, but looks like the price could have changed or it was faded. Was a little surprised there was no friendly greeting when you walk in , or have you been here before? Do you need help ? Nothing lol. Would have loved to sample some of the flavors, but didn't see any sampling cups by the yougurt dishes you fill up. Eventually I found the sampling cups, over by the cash register. Odd place to put them, hard to find. The spoons are cool, they change color as the coldness from the yougurt hits the silverware. I put cheesecake, cookies and cream and cake batter in my dish. Now for the toppings, loved adding Kit kat pieces, nuts, and other wonderful toppings. I added Carmel, went to add hot fudge and nothing came out except one drop. Mentioned it to the worker at the register , they were out of hot fudge, he just said guess we're out,or something to that effect . Didn't mention of checking for any in the back, so that was a real disappointment. I don't think they honestly cared. Was surprised my total was $9 something , almost $10. Wow definitely steep price.
