A little on the expensive side, but wow are the cookies filling! I'm a real sweet tooth, but when I bought half a dozen, one bit out of each was enough for the day. There are mini-crumbl cookies, but only a few flavors are available as opposed to the rotational ones. They have some staple flavors, but the rest on the menu change weekly. I guess that's what is so inviting about this place is there are supposedly well over 100 different flavors so it's always fun to find out which six flavors are selected for the week. My pregnancy sweet tooth brought me into Crumbl cookies on a chilly Black Friday. I heard good things and had my husband whip the car around so I could try them out. I got the 4 count box which I thought was expensive but that's because I figured they were going to be regular sized cookies and probably not look like the ones on display. I WAS WRONG. The cookies are MASSIVE and so freaking good. Totally worth the cost. I split the 4 pack with my husband and we cut each cookie in half (which made it regular sized! ) We got the chocolate chip cookie, salted caramel cheesecake, maple cinnamon roll, and peanut butter cup ft. Reese's. My personal favorite was the chilled salted caramel cheesecake. It was so rich in flavor and very filling. 10/10 recommend! read more

This crumbl location is wonderful. The cookies are AMAZING if you haven't tried them yet. They have such a fun gimmick switching the flavors out every week so there's always something new to try here. My friends and I try to go every week. The french silk pie cookies were unreal. I love the kiosk for ordering system and the cookies are already ready so it is so quick. The workers have always been super nice and helpful whenever I'm here and it's never super crowded or busy. Be warned that they are closed on Sundays! read more

I am almost never writing negative reviews but I am so disappointed, that I want to share my experience. We were in the area and saw the long line in front of the store. Having never had (nor heard of) Crumbl Cookies I wanted to know what the hype is about so we went inside. I ordered one with the tablet they provide and there was no hand sanitizer so I asked for it but after waiting for way too long (10min?) I decided to leave and enjoy the cookie at home. WELL - I ate half of it trying to figure out what the weird taste was when I started feeling a little sick. That's when I realized it was just raw dough. The cookie was completely underbaked! We live way too far to have just come back and asked for a new one. $5 for a stomach ache... urg. read more

Cookies tasted nice. DO NOT ask for delivery to your car. You will sit there and watch numerous people get served. They can't be bothered to bring order to your car despite having been paid tip. I saw an ad on Facebook for their free cookie day with and decided to stop in. You do have to download the app, like the ad clearly states, but they didn't require me to make an account. They're also giving out cookies to kiddos who don't have phones, very family friendly. I'm so glad that I stopped in for that free chocolate chip cookie and it was was AMAZING!!!!! The outside was firm and the inside was a soft, gooey chocolatey heaven. I almost forgot to take a picture, but you can see the chocolate was practically melting. Super delicious!!! Customer service was also great, everyone was friendly and even though they were swarmed they were completely on top of everything. Got some cookies to go for some friends and family. We loved their decadent cookies. Each one is a little dessert meal in and of itself. Super happy to have found this place. Our favorites were the chocolate chip and pumpkin pie cookies! The staff were courteous and friendly and the store itself was clean and neat. And due to it's location, there is plenty of parking. Dangerously good. I love ordering these cookies for a friend just so I have an excuse to buy some for myself! This company is so creative with its creations and menu items. Overall, Crumbl has definitely declined in quality as a brand since their start in Utah, but this location is somehow worse than other locations. The service time is fine, the associates are perfectly nice, but the cookies just aren't as good as at other locations. read more

I had mixed hopes for Crumbl because of the reviews I've heard, but in my experience, this location has been great! For one, their service is nice and quick, I never have to wait more than a minute or two for my cookies. Secondly, their cookies are usually a hit! The only one I haven't liked is the pumpkin cake which was honestly inedible, but the rest were amazing!! The pink sugar is my favorite, but I've also enjoyed the cookie butter, chocolate pumpkin cheesecake, and more that I can't remember. My advice is to try at least two cookies. There will always be a few not-so-good cookies, but a majority of them are amazing! read more

I first had Crumbl Cookies in Vienna, VA and I was hooked after my first bite! We were so excited to see another store opening in Charlottesville after we moved. Since they're new, I am assuming they are still working out the kinks, learning the recipes, and getting settled, but two out of the four cookies we had (blackberry and pancake) were underbaked.
