The black raspberry ice cream wasn't as creamy (a bit like a sorbet almost) as I hoped, but still a nice sweet treat. My friends enjoyed their Moose Tracks and 4 C's flavors, which were much creamier. Overall, glad we stopped by for ice cream. They have at least 20 different flavors available here.

I work at an ice cream shop myself and although it might be annoying to have someone come 20 minutes before closing I never let my smile and service fade. Getting ice cream should always be the best point of each customers day and the customer should not be leaving feeling like you were annoying the workers just by doing what the shop was made for. Love this place and the customer service is usually always great but tonight it was way off. You can tell these aren't weekend workers because no way a Monday shift got you that annoyed.

They had some interesting flavors and we were able to try some samples. I opted for a scoop of apple pie and a scoop of sea salt caramel. Unlike other ice cream, where the caramel is hard, this ice cream had gooey caramel. The apple pie had pieces of apple and crispy bits of crust in it. They were both delicious! The baristas were nice and three of them gave me their input on which single origin I should choose for my pour-over. POUR-OVER - MKT Price +6.50 for Mohammed Aba Nura - Ethiopia (tasting notes: Strawberry, white chocolate, hazelnut) I wanted the craziest tasting option they had, and they recommended this one since it's pretty popular and well-liked among customers. However, one of the barista said he didn't really like it himself. I figured I should still try it. The sips I had while it was still warm was pretty juicy and sweet, but I really didn't like the notes once it cooled down (about 20 minutes later), which tasted sour and off-putting. I should have listened to that one barista and went with a different single origin option. Overall, good roaster -- just unfortunate that I tried something that wasn't for me. The baristas seem knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. I would love to come back next time and try another single origin offering.

My guests were stunned by the beautiful designs (works of art really) and they tasted absolutely divine! The whole planning process with her was so fun and special, right from the taste testing to the time of party. The cakes were so beautiful that they really added to the decor of the events. We put together an amazing selection of lavender cake with vanilla and salted caramel. It tastes just like my favorite BiRite ice cream from San Francisco! I did everything by e-mail with Anita before going in for a tasting. She has a beautiful front room with sample cakes made up. I was greeted with two beautiful china settings, coffee, water and several cake and filling options. It was so hard to narrow down the choices, but Anita is great to work with. She has wonderful recommendations. I can't wait to see our final product!
